After many Carlson-watching hours, the 24-year-old researcher developed a working theory, which she outlined on the nonprofit’s website: that Carlson is using his platform on Fox News to introduce white-nationalist ideas to the mainstream, making him a uniquely prominent “mouthpiece for white supremacy.”

Peltz dug into his recent past and discovered a trove of appearances he made on shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge’s radio show between 2006 and 2011. She found a series of misogynistic, racist and homophobic remarks Carlson made, the audio of which Media Matters published this week.

It’s been a busy week at Media Matters, which tracks conservative media trends and has engaged in a years-long effort to cast light on the ways Fox News and its hosts sidestep traditional journalism guidelines.

The organization released the first audio of Carlson on Sunday. In that, Carlson called rape shield laws “totally unfair” and was adamantly supportive of Warren Jeffs, the former leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who is serving a life sentence for child rape. Carlson also said he would “love” a scenario involving young girls sexually experimenting and described women as “extremely primitive.”

The next day, Media Matters for America released another audio file just moments after Carlson’s show began. In that, Carlson said that white men deserve credit for “creating civilization,” called Iraqis a bunch of “semiliterate primitive monkeys,” and spoke about his desire for a presidential candidate to blame the “lunatic Muslims who are behaving like animals.”

Undoubtedly, both are true. I'm sorry non-whites are supper jelly. But civilization is kinda our thing. #Yourewelcome

I want to know why it’s perfectly acceptable for a black person to say ‘I’m proud to be black, and of my history’ but god forbid I say that.

Im proud to be a product of Roman culture. I’m proud to be a product of the greatest culture in the world.

They've found thousdans of people working for left wing sites who have tweeted in the past stuff like "I hate white men". Not a single one of them have been fired.

But yes Tucker should be on the chopping block for never doing anything like that.

You leftists are all the same. You cry racism and sexism but it's you who is the racist and sexist towards white men.

Which culture is that?? "White" culture is really a huge diversity of different cultures, which borrowed heavily from other non-white cultures. Are you going to thank anyone for our number system which replaced Roman numerals?

You need to be more like Media Matters, and actually show evidence

There was another site that had a list of at least 2,000 verified people (most working for CNN, Huff Post, MSNBC, NY Times etc.) tweeting stuff like they want white people to die.  I can't find that one. Van Jones is one I remember for awhile back saying he hates white people.

Remember Sarah Jeong and her really gross anti-white male tweets? Yep got hired by NY Times.

Well, I see you skipped right over the part where he supports a child sex offender...

But ya, where would our society be without a usable number system that white men probably didn't invent. ?

I watched this documentary on ancient engineering accomplishments. Of course Roman cisterns and aqueducts were prominently featured because of course they were. And then the super PC people who made the movie felt compelled to feature something from sub Saharan Africa because of course they did. They tried to pass off this crappy “wall” of stones as an engineering marvel. It was so funny.

But the Roman savages just started murdering each other! They fell apart. Your example of sub Saharan Africa shows how important geography was to human development. Humans had a tough time in the hot tropical climes. White is only a product of geography anyway.

It seems more likely that Tucker boy can't get laid. He's like O'Reilly in that. Tucker praising rapists! Why? Is this all sexual? He wants power to dominate young women? Seems like it

Rome is why I say beware of diversity. Letting non-Romans into the empire that didn’t love Rome, they just wanted its riches led to its decline along with a billion other reasons. A huge reason why I hate diversity.

You were almost right on your Africa point. Africa sucked because of the Sahara. You couldn’t cross it. That’s why they were so technologically inferior.

Tucker isn't trying to clear Tucker. You're missing the point. Tucker said what he said - a decade ago on a shock-jock show. He's a big boy and is standing by what he said, he's not running from it or denying it.

The real story is that the source of all of this outrage is actually artificial and originates from Media Matters, which is a Soros/Brock disinformation shop (that employs some posters here) that spreads bile for its own gain. They benefit from Tucker being gone, and are trying to manufacture outrage while they are the worst offenders themselves.

***** media matters, they're literal enemies of this country and would be classified as such if people understood who they are and what they actually represent.
