If they thought much of Kelly, they never would have carried Hogan as an insurance policy as their 3rd stringer when most teams carry only 2 QBs. Kelly will never be a Bill, get over it. There is literally zero chance he is a worse QB than Peterman, zero. Peterman is possibly the worst QB to ever start an NFL game. Chad Kelly has better arm talent than Peterman. There are lots of QBs on the street right now who are better than Peterman but don't have Kelly's baggage. Since Peterman knows the offense & the others don't he'll stay at least until Allen is ready to play. The last thing the Bills need is to bring in some problem child just because he's better than Peterman. I'd rather sign Davis Webb off the Jets practice squad than bring Kelly in. He was kicked out of the Broncos party, wandered to a nearby neighborhood and into someone’s house. He then began rambling incoherently to the woman of the house and the man of the house chased him out wiruna vacuum attachment. So, yes, he had to have been on some drugs or ridiculously intoxicated. Police state no drug or alcohol tests were performed (must be nice to be famous and rich). So we will likely never know what he was on.
