Again, I thought Shady nailed it: it's both. If he were Drew Brees or Aaron Rodgers level in skill, a top QB who can carry a team, don't you think he'd be employed despite his activism? No I'm saying he's definitely good enough to be in the league and start for some teams, but it's obvious that he's too much of an issue for those teams because of the attention he'd draw due to the other concerns.
