Brandon Beane, Bills

Since taking over last May, Beane has systematically rid the Bills of former general manager Doug Whaley's handiwork. Working in concert with coach Sean McDermott, his former Panthers colleague, Beane traded stars like Sammy Watkins and Marcell Dareus. He reshaped the roster with free agents this offseason like Star Lotulelei, Vontae Davis and AJ McCarron. Beane's first draft will set up his future, with two picks in each of the first three rounds and a burning need at quarterback. Despite the Bills coming off their first playoff trip in 17 years, this is an organization early in the rebuilding process.

How is Roseman #3, when some of his shrewd personnel moves both with players and coaches were essentially the difference in a Super Bowl winning season,.

Better break down his hits and misses bro!

WRT the OP, Belichick #1 makes this a bs list. A lot of his misses are covered by having Brady every year. Drafting has been so-so at best.

Dead on Dr. D!! The other thing is the Patriots have been able to get vets for pennies because they were ring chasing. That doesn’t make them geniuses; it makes them fortunate.

Roseman would be my vote and I’m obligated to give special consideration to Colbert.

Dolphins and Jests in bottom 5 ?

I'm truly confident our staff can take us to the top of the division consistently. Just listening to Beane and McD , I feel these guys are meant to be in the NFL at their respective positions and are going to prove they are great at their jobs.

For the first time in my life I have the upmost confidence that our HC and GM will make the right choices and build a perennial powerhouse.

We're in good hands!

Yea but it’s not like 3 is a bad ranking.

Bingo, their draft history isn't amazing by any means either.

Look what happened after BB benched Butler and the team lost the SB. A lot of those known names left for better pay days and less ridicule. Amendola even stated himself he knew he wasn't being paid his value with the Pats.

All empires crumble within..

Ill buy that the media overrates him- but I think it’s easy to accidentally push back too far too

there are several excellent QBs that aren’t carrying teams to the playoffs annually. While they have busts, and misses.... they are more than just Brady. To stay at the top so long does say something. Sure free agents are eager to join but guys with rings get poached - both players and coaches. They also might be the only regime to hit on two QBs if Jimmy is a hit. I’m struggling to think of another.

I wouldn’t be upset if roseman got the nod- but get longevity sometimes making a guy float up the list a couple spotslike B.B. has
