I may be out of touch on how Hyde is viewed but what kind of deal is he projected for? That seems very high. That's true, I forgot about that. What are the salaries for the 4th? There are a million other holes they created they need to fill besides another rb. Unless they just go full on wishbone or Wing T, which I would welcome. I cant see how they trade for a RB when our lack of speed and quality WRs is ine of the main reasons the run game isnt working bc we hwve no WRs that they get scared getting beat deep by, like Goodwin, Sammy, Hogan, etc. Edit: just bring back J Will. I think this year was projected at roughly below, next year a tiny bit higher 3rd-10m 4th- 6.5m 5th- 5.5m 6th- 3 and change I'm not sure where Hyde slots up but to get the pick in this year's draft instead of next, and guarantee they get that pick --- probably a pretty late pick gets it done. Then yeah, I think a 5th this year probably would get taken. I'd do that trade in a heartbeat. You can't get a better player with a 5th rounder on the whole outside of dumb luck. I like Hyde and he'd be a great RB going into the future as I see the team moving on from McCoy sooner than later. He won't be a difference makers this year.
