Big difference-all the grooming in the world will not change the fact that EJ is a bad NFL QB. funny how people still don't seem to understand that it wasn't the lack of coaching, or lack of getting more opportunities that was the cause of EJ's failure...but rather EJ's gross lack of skill in just about every major QB category.
