Would be a massive upgrade from Mills and would be a day 1 starter. Only thing to consider is his age, 32. But would be a perfect fit even for a year. with the Patriots, he was signed to a 4yr/$16.75 million contract w/ 8.25mill guaranteed. He had an average salary of $4.2 million. They don't go to Buffalo to do that.

This move would make sense if we plan on going out and throwing the ball 35-45 times a game but from our FA acquisitions thus far, I think they'd rather save the cap space and work with what we we have
