DILEMMA

this team is so close but yet so far. The reason is for this dilemma is the coaching staff. Is Rex the genius he proclaims to be? The answer is clearly no. Mike Pettine and the defensive coordinator in KC clearly are better defensive coaches than Rex. In fact Rex was not the defensive coordinator when the Raves won the super bowl. what Rex inherited with the Ravens were great players who was already developed. When he got to the Jets, Revis was already there. The last six years has showed that Rex is not good at developing talent. he needs dominant players in their prime to run his defense. With the Raven he had Lewis and Reed. With the Jets, Revis and Scott.. Here he has WHO? Rex is to stubborn to realize this . That's why he is sticking with Tyrod and a run first offense. He wants to win his way, for him and his brand of ground and pound to prevail. He is more loyal to his self image than the team. This is why we have an undisciplined selfish team every Sunday. Its come from the coach. If every fan watching on TV could see the STEELERS, stacking the box, run blitzing and begging our quarterback to throw the ball down the field, why can't the coaches? Listening to David LEE on the John Murphy show, he talked about the staff asking Tyrod to throw the ball in certain areas to be more aggressive, but he is not. Is Tyrod coachable? or is he doing what the head coach wants. Only if Rex gets above his ego and do what's best for the team can the bills take the next level. If not, then management have to make the decision for him. DILEMMA
