TT has things ot work on to prove he worth that kind of investment. This has been discussed many times over already. Fitz got a big contract after one decent season.. They gave Tyrod a contract that if he played a certain amount the 3rd year was void to give him an opportunity at a big pay day. He lived up to his end in the first year and the Bills contract gave him that chance. We're in year two and he needs to perform and the Bills need to see it. Yes risky, but Tyrod showed he can progress, and every analyst out there seems to think he has more room to grow and very capable of doing it, barring some injury. Because he isn't worth giving a huge contract based off one mediocre year. If he carries this team during the season when they need it, then he deserves a big contract.
