You know he would love to beat them -- and then will say so loudly if he does. The Bills impressed against the Dolphins, but this Jets defense is much better than what Miami trotted out. Tyrod Taylor will have some problems getting things going, while the Jets will do enough on offense to win it. That would indicate that the general opinion is that the two teams are considered to be pretty evenly matched. KDIGGZ Posted November 11, 2015 Share Posted November 11, 2015 is it really that hard to believe that now that we are mostly healthy we could beat the Jets handily and then with a long rest sneak out a win vs the Pats? at that point we would be the fav for the wildcard. and let's not forget, the 5th place team in the AFC will probably play against the winner of the AFC South which will be either the Colts or the Texans! It all depends on the defense - they still give up too many yards and become a bend-but-don't-break defense. If they can't get pressure on Fitz, I think they're in trouble. The offense will be interesting...I don't know what to expect in the passing game, since they'll bottle up Sammy and we'll have to rely on Woods, Clay, & Hogan. The Jets will figure out a way to keep Tyrod in the pocket and not get loose, so the running game has to be effective and the receivers have to get open. Perhaps a lot of short WC-style passes?
