But come on, hiring competent personnel is important. Look at the Chan Gailey hiring of Dave Wannstedt. Wannstedt led quite possibly the worst Buffalo defense of ALL TIME. Then Mike Pettine is hired and the D is legit. The difference is like day and night (granted run D wasn't great, but all things considered). I think Big Tuna would be good in Buffalo.
