You herd it hear last
Showing my age, but here is a quick list of names that were either All-Preseason and/or just never fulfilled that promising future we hoped they’d have: WR = Bucky Brooks QB = Brian McClure RB = Jacques Robinson, Rene Ingoglia G = Mark Traynowicz C = Leonard Burton T = Robert Hicks TE = Lonnie Johnson MLB = Dan Brandenberg OLB = Monty Brown DE = Chidi Ahanotu DT = Reggie Rogers S = John Hagy CB = Filmel Johnson KR = Errol Tucker I hope our choice of HC didn't inspire any hard feelings, in reference to your namesake. If memory serves me, the carousel at QB during that time much resembled the last many years here. it certainly didn't help Bullough. As for your list, it reflects your razor sharp Bills history acumen. If there was a way my pathetic team could play your pathetic team in Madden, I would buy it. But then I'd have to buy a game system. And a TV.

Willie Totten was a decent scab, along with Todd Schlopy at K. They beat the LT-led Giants, 6-3 I think. Wow, LT needed cash flow that badly, huh? Billshank Redemption
As a WR, Easley Easley never really did anything, someone on this board decided he could be like this stud wide receiver and since we literally had nobody we all got pretty excited about him, more of a training camp wall of fame guy. Kirby Jackson
That team would be terrible!! Outside of Joique Bell, Baker, Burris, Bannan, Holmes, Walker and Merriman there isn't another NFL caliber player on that roster. It's amazing that we all fell in love with some of these guys. Mike In Illinois
Luvale Sape? DT, I believe. Claim to fame was a blocked punt vs Cincinnati that resulted in a TD (could be wrong on all of this). Also, I'll always remember Yonell Jourdain, who had playing time as a returner. Jourdain went to my alma mater, Southern Illinois University- the Salukis. bbb
My friends and I used to joke that Eddie Fuller must hold the league's all time preseason career rushing record. Ralonzo
People are also forgetting about the great John McCargo. Ashton Youboty Nice, McCargo definitely beats out Bannon at DT. Maybe Gurnest Brown too. Although, I'd take Rod Bellinger over Youboty at CB. How about Bucky Brooks? He'd be a WR since that's where he wasn't any good for the Bills before the Raiders changed him to a mediocre CB. That reminds me... we had a TE named Trey Junkin who sucked but the Raiders made him a meriocre LB after we rightly cut him. And since we're a little light on LB, so how about Tom Ruud, John DiGiorgio and Dan Brandenburg? Corey Louchiey at Guard or the mighty Kirk Chambers or Demetress Bell at T might be able to grab a spot on the OL. And your all time Long Snapper has to be Ryan Neill. He was absolutely fricken' terrible. I forget which moron coach at the time decided they wanted to have specialty players who could also "play" a regular position, but Neill was equally bad at both.
