The Affordable Care Act II - Because Mr. Obama Loves You All

The White House posted a moving video Friday morning of a doctor whose patients have been “adversely affected” by the significant downsides to Obamacare.

Dr. Robin Armstrong has been on both sides of the healthcare debate, however, as his wife is a breast cancer survivor.

The White House doesn't know how to create moving videos

Nothing says "moving story" like a guy with a 500k income speaking "on behalf" of those affected by Obamacare negatively because they couldn't find actual patients who were

Nearly 30 percent of people insured through the federal marketplace who had deductibles higher than $1,500 went without needed medical care in 2014 because they could not afford it, according to Families USA, a health care consumer group based in Washington. That includes diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-up care as well as prescription drugs.

Deductibles have grown six times faster than wages since 2010, according to a recent Kaiser Family Foundation study. The growing national problem is also reflected in Massachusetts, where a 2015 annual report by the state’s Center for Health Information and Analysis shows that more than half of those enrolled in individual plans faced high deductibles.

“Unfortunately, what we are headed toward now is universal crappy health insurance,” said Dr. Budd Shenkin, a California pediatrician who wrote the American Academy of Pediatrics policy on high-deductible plans, which he calls nefarious.

Doctors hate high deductible plans because the patient pays no money up front. If they bill an insurance company for a patient visit, it may take several months for them to receive reimbursement.

They're crying because they can't bilk people for money as fast as they used to

Normal practice is for them to receive the co-pay at time of visit and to bill for what the insurance doesn't pay which may be part of the deductible. The doctors naturally aren't thrilled with high deductible plans because sometimes they don't see the money from the patient in a timely manner or at all. They also know that a person might be reluctant to schedule a visit knowing that they will be responsible for the whole bill.

As far as the bolded above, you truly are an ignorant assmudgeon.

You deliberately misquoted him and then deliberately put quotation marks around your lie. With people like you on the left it is getting harder and harder to find an honest liberal. When you have to lie to attempt to prove your point you just display how bankrupt your ideas are.

Don't mind Rich, he's the board's Barney Fife. He couldn't read on old board, new board is even tougher. We let him keep a bullet in his shirt pocket. Don't worry, he doesn't know how to load it.

President Trump issued a stern warning on Tuesday, telling Republicans they could lose their seats — and the House majority — in 2018 if they fail to repeal and replace ObamaCare, GOP sources said.

During a closed-door meeting in the basement of the Capitol, Trump told rank-and-file House Republicans if the party is not successful in passing its healthcare bill, "I believe many of you will lose in 2018," according to a source in the room
