I have heard this song play on the local sportstalk radio show not knowing it was called the Harlem Shake. My 9 year old daughter has told me she likes the dance but never knew this was the beat she danced to. Now I see. That said, I'll take a mosh pit over the Harlem Dance any day of the week. Not at all. "I see a bunch of white people jumping around doing something called the Harlem shake and it doesn’t even look like the Harlem shake," he said. "Did they even go to look at what the real dance looks like?" He even came up with a tagline for the movement, though it's probably not one that will catch on.
