Not saying add another waiting weekend but maybe an extra bye week or something along those lines. EDIT: The MLK day idea is even better. Sunday is the night with least distractions, and yes, most football fans would watch either night. But there be a whole lot, prolly 30% i am guessing, who would not stay in to watch the game on a Saturday night. I get a bigger buzz when we go out to dinner with another couple and order two bottles of wine than I will watching the game. But the simple solution is to move kickoff up a few hours.
