The worst part is a lot of voters are too dumb to figure out Mitt just took a crap on them and will look to bury them even further. But hey, as long as you get that Muslim, fake American, Oreo out of office, everything will be just fine!!! He's the one single handedly holding you back. Liberal media bias strikes again!!!

Remember that states with Republican governors have issued massive austerity. 40.5% of all public sector job losses were incurred by states the Republicans took in 2010 midterms. The other state Texas represented 31% of all 2011 public sector jobs cut in 2011. That's 12 Red States accounting for 71.5% of all government job losses!

Obama is the only President who has had to deal with such a net decline of govt sector jobs. This represents a decline of 2.6% of the government workforce since Obama took office in 2009. Not even FDR incurred so many job losses on the government end.

So while the private sector has added 4.6 million jobs in 30 consecutive months, Republican states in particular have crippled the overall employment resulting in a jobless recovery.

Do you not realize that most of those "highest income" states also have the highest cost of living...? I'd venture to guess that $57k in California is probably poverty level.

States that pay for the other states

http://taxprof.typep...tates_feed.html

Both sites have similar numbers. The Blue states pay Federal taxes that become the welfare of the other states

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2012/jan/26/blog-posting/red-state-socialism-graphic-says-gop-leaning-state/

Many GOP-leaning states get more in federal funding than they contribute in federal taxes.

That's the point made by a graphic that’s circulating on the Internet, titled "Red State Socialism." A reader recently pointed us to it and asked us to check it out. The chart suggests that Republicans are hypocritical for bashing the federal government and federal spending, when Republican-leaning states are reaping the lion’s share of federal dollars.

BillsFan-4-Ever, also too the Red States like my state of South Carolina steal union jobs from Blue States. Case in point, Boeing opened shop in Charleston bringing 5,000 new jobs to SC, but prevented 5,000 job adds in Washington. SC rolled out the red carpet, tax credits, cheap uneducated labor force that they can underpay, and reduced utility rates.

Nowadays our Governor runs around talking about "Right To Work" as if in the grand scheme of our national economy the race to the bottom is in our country's best interest. Hopefully these dumb ass rednecks down here many of whom actually moved from Washington will wake up unionize and fight for better wages.

I lived in Cary (Containment Area for Relocated Yankees) for over 3 years. The Yanks move there to do the technical design and test work becasue as you indicated many of the locals don't have the talent

anoher point about the blue states. They not only cover the red states but they still have to pay the trash that refuses to get a job at home.

Charlotte and the Triangle cover most of the state like Loudoun and Fairfax covers all of Va.

BMW has a factory up in Greenville. Why did they come? Some anti-union guys would point to the fact that the average auto worker in Germany make $40 an hour. Here in South Carolina, not so much. Regardless i realize it is a global economy that being said the German's still make a ton of cars in Germany, and moved the SUV plant to here in America because we like SUVs. It's called localizing your supply chain, and manufacturing to your consumer base. Why would Boeing setup a plant in Singapore or Mexico - the majority of these people from these countries make so little they cannot afford to travel 25 miles from the place they were born.

Boeing is such a high tech, high skill company it would take years to get an efficient plant up and running in Mexico. Notice high skilled manufacturing in the US is thriving. Catepillar, Boeing, GM, Ford, thanks in part to our engineering schools, but also our government for investing in high end manufacturing. The Boeing Dreamliner project has been mired in delay after delay, due in large part to their foray into the "Old South". In the end you have France's Airbus moving a plant into Alabama to tap into cheap Southern labor and to compete against Boeing.

i agree with your point but i don't think singapore http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_Singapore is a good example. pretty much a model economy for the coming decade and a pretty nice place (if you ignore the death penalty for even minor drug infractions and the necessity to conform to succeed).

 right. Go to Europe and come and tell me they have the slightest clue what they're doing

you do realize, deregulation in general to increase profits, ( not to help poor people, lol. they were later foreclosed on), and bailouts for the banks, caused the debt in europe along with the recession, a constant right wing idea we have been hearing for 40 years...

look up cdo you !@#$ing idiot

so basically, the 47% are republicans from red states. in other words, mitt hates working class republicans and these stupid rednecks keep blaming the gays and liberal elite in hollywood or new york because they believe evolution and global warming are true... lol

maybe another way of putting it is, liberals really care about rednecks, but republicans have a bigger concern, gays driving the f150!!!
