There was a SWAT situation in Oakland where a wanted guy was holed up in his apartment for 12 hours and finally surrendered at 3 AM. Oakland had to call in the SWAT squad from the nearby city of Fremont because Oakland's squad was busy protecting Obama during his fundraisers and stay here.
