I get the theory that these drugs make you "bake" on the inside and want to take off your clothes. I'm guessing the victim may have been an acquaintance and doing these drugs as well... and the whole thing went Nuts. Not that it's much better but you really hope the victim wasn't just some average joe out jogging or something. what kind of average joe goes jogging naked? Probably because the attacker didn't want to get face all over his new clothes. As for the victim, if you can't handle the attention, then don't flaunt what you got.
