When the uniforms were unveiled, they showed the navy jersey with white pants and the blue pants with the white jerseys. Some idiot decided blue on blue was a good idea. At least if they went back to the original way the uniforms were supposed to be worn, they might look a bit better. I do agree though, a change would be better yet. dollars 2 donuts Posted August 30, 2010 Share Posted August 30, 2010 I actually really like the "dress blues" that we have, I just wish they would correct the seem stripping between the pants and the jersey, since obviously the original intention was the blue pants with the white jersey and blue jerseys with the white pants. It is refreshing to see that the other leagues, especially the NBA, are ditching the 90s and 00s nightmares for simpler or more retro looks. Wish the NFL would follow. Great post. i've made the same observation. If they can just wear the blue jersey's at home with WHITE pants, i can live with it. The Blue/Blue look is a fad that should have died a couple years ago. Not using them on a full time basis is a crime. Thoughts? Couldn't agree more. Dump the battleship colors, especially the dark blue & white alternates (worst ever). Throwbacks are tight! Simple blue jersey with the white helmet... the grazing red buffalo, just chillin, waiting for people to piss him off. I also think the "standing buffalo" is a boring helmet design. Give me the "charging buffalo" any day of the week. I do wish that the jerseys had a Buffalo Logo on them. The 90's uniforms were great and is what I would prefer if we were going back to something from the past. If I remember correctly we went away from the white helmets with th red buffalo becuase player complained it was difficult to see in the snow. I propose a new uniform all together instead of anything old. In my opinion this is the beginning of a new era of Bill's football, lets start with some new digs to go with the teams new Nix/Gailey identity.
