I'm actually a very positive person in literally all aspects of my life, besides sports. All I can say is that it just FEELS like the worst is coming. The signs seem to be there with Mcds expression at the presser, not easing any doubt, Allen's silence, and how he looked after the Jets loss. That was not your normal, oh I sucked and we'll bounce back, he knows something is wrong wrong and felt it after that sack fumble.

I think the reason speculation is all over the place and people are freaking out is because it took decades to replace Jim Kelly (even better) and the thought of something even LEANING in the direction of career over is enough to bring a grown man to cry. Obviously not knowing a single thing, if you told me he is out 4 weeks and would be back 100%, I would take that in a heartbeat. For some reason, my gut tells me this season is over.

On to Minnesota (get this game in the rear view mirror!)

All that Matters is that Allen is 100% and only misses 4 games or less. I couldn’t care less about this upcoming game -
Yup, I would say very unsettling. I bet something happened in the Green Bay game and it was further aggravated yesterday. He needs to sit as long as it takes to get to 100%. My prediction on how I will be dealing with this over the next 48 hours Stage 1 - Ok, I don't even care about the #1 seed, just hope Allen is back for the Cleveland game Stage 2 - Let's just get him back for Jets and Miami games so we can still win the division Stage 3 - Monitoring Chargers and Patriots hoping to grab a Wild Card Stage 4 - Are we listed on "in the hunt" yet?

Not since the Super Bowl year vs the Giants did have the feeling that Buffalo was the best team in the league, and it wasn't even close. Besides losing to an also injury depleted Jets team, most likely the #1 seed, as well a nice cushion in the division, the aura of this team since to have slipped away as well. I am not saying the attitudes of the players have changed, I am talking about people I know. Yes, Bills fans can overreact a ton after a loss, but this one feels different. For me, I am terrified that our invincible QB has gone back to his old ways and that is a pretty scary thought. For the last 2 years, I suppose I never thought that Allen would be the reason we ever lost a game (especially one like yesterday). Although Mahomes is not always perfect, he is never the reason the Chiefs lose a game here or there. Keeping the 1 seed is a distance 2nd place in my list of concerns when compared to how Allen responds the rest of the season. In a nutshell, it just sucks when the Bills vibe is sucked dry on a Monday and today it just seems as though everything has changed moving forward. The Vikings game can't get here soon enough to prove me wrong...

I would say the Chiefs are clearly the favorites to reach the Super Bowl now. Seem to be two teams going in opposite directions -

Uh, Are you sure you’re not referring to 2021? The bills were not the better team in 2020, Kansas City was. -

Can I be clear that the spotlight is not determining what wins and losses come to this team. I am saying that it will probably be good for the team and the fans if all the hype is focused elsewhere for a few weeks. It would also be nice if Dorsey was watching the Chiefs game right now and would start figuring out how to get some quick releases off to our secondary receivers. -

I do not think they have lost focus but I do think that they believe they can just flip a switch and throw 50 yard bombs to get back into the game whenever they want. That is not how this game works And defenses are starting to realize it. Defenses are playing them differently and if they don’t adjust, they won’t even win the division. -

Totally agree, the Defense will be fine when some of the injured players come back but our office is getting worse by the week.
