  1. Not even close, the Dallas Cowboys are the G.O.A.T.’s in the offseason.
  2. That doesn’t guarantee anything, especially if Mack gets injured again. IMO, he’s the new JJ Watt (hope to be wrong).
  3. Mack hasn’t had double digit sacks since 2018 and only played in seven games last season. I think Mack’s best years are behind him.
  4. You can tell I’m a fan of J.K. Simmons. Really liked his dual work in Counterpart. Too bad Counterpart only lasted two seasons, it was a great show.
  5. The Special Teams Duke Williams
  6. How the hell did my name get in Doc’s quote? I responded to Doc as he said it was a dumb move, here’s what I wrote “I don’t know about that. In the last Broncos/Chiefs game, the Broncos defense kept them in the game and would have won if they had even a decent QB.”
  7. I think the Bills keep him because he’s a ST player.
  8. There’s no doubt Rodgers is one of the best to play the game, but I see a ton of red flags with him and he seems he needs to be coddled constantly. Glad it’s the Packers problem to deal with and not the Bills. So far, Allen has continued to improve each year and the way he played in the playoffs makes me believe he is the best QB in the league. On top of that, Allen seems to be a great team player, a class act and is not a drama queen/distraction like how Rodgers is.
  9. After reading all the stuff about Rodgers and how he held a grudge against Mike McCarthy for years because McCarthy was on the 49ers when they drafted Alex Smith instead of him; same goes with him being a drama queen for the past few years when they drafted Love in the first round instead of getting him WR’s, he’s threatened to retire, wanted to be traded, etc. It makes you wonder if Rodgers is 100% dedicated to his team? Here’s a good article about the Rodgers/McCarthy turmoil in GB: https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/2828649-what-happened-in-green-bay.amp.html
  10. First off, Rapistburger blew that Superbowl against the Packers by throwing two INT’s. Second, Rodgers is a head case. He’s still holding a grudge against the Packers for drafting Jordan Love in the first round instead of getting him WR’s. Third, when Manning left the Colts, he went to the Broncos and they had a loaded offense, along with an elite defense. Fourth, with $50M dedicated to one player, how are the Packers going to be able to get key FA’s to get them over the hump? Until Rodgers gets back to another Superbowl, he’s just a glorified Tony Romo with a Superbowl under his belt, meaning, he puts up great stats in the regular season, but can’t get it done deep in the postseason.
  11. He’s also 7-9 in the playoffs after his lone Superbowl win.
  12. I don’t know about that. In the last Broncos/Chiefs game, the Broncos defense kept them in the game and would have won if they had even a decent QB.
  13. Sure, in a mediocre division. Vikings and Bears, meh. Lions… perennial losers.
  14. One game further? And how were the final 13 seconds of the Bills/Chiefs game on Allen and the offense? I don’t think Allen told Bass to boot the kickoff in the end zone or told the defense to rush four and not double cover Hill and Kelce. The only reason Rodgers won a Superbowl was the GB defense as they intercepted Rapistburger twice, otherwise, Steelers would have won that game.
  15. Sure, the owners are filthy rich, but the NFL does not give teams an unlimited amount of money to spend on their team every year. I listened to Brandon Beane this morning on WGR talk about how the Bills are currently over the salary cap and have to figure out ways to not only get under the cap, but have money to sign their own UFA’s and their upcoming draft class. There’s no doubt Rodgers is a great QB, but is $50M a year worth it for a player who still holds a grudge against his team for drafting a QB in the first round instead of getting him help at WR?! Sure, Rodgers wins a lot of games, it also helps having to play twice a year against a mediocre Vikings team, a Bears team (who were mediocre up until this past year, now they suck) and a perennial loser in the Lions. Spending that much on a 38 year old who’s still mad at his own team is not a wise move. Packers will never get over the hump and make it back to the Superbowl with moves like this (NFC Championship game at best).
  16. $50M a year to get drama every year about wanting a trade to another team/mulling retirement, along with going no further than the NFC championship game…bad decision by the Packers!
  17. Thought Trent Edwards was going to be a great QB, especially since he was recommended by Bill Walsh. Thought Marv Levy was setting the Bills up for long term success when he was GM. Thought Buddy Nix was a good GM after signing Mario Williams.
  18. Tennessee getting a franchise QB
  19. I got refunded for the divisional round weeks ago, just not the AFCCG.
