  1. Unfortunately for Tua, in that offense full of explosive toys most of his impressive stats were compiled in a single game against the Broncos and the rest in Sept and Oct against non winning teams Tua is a good QB in that offense in good weather against average teams, that’s who he is.
  2. 4500-5000 total yds 40+ total TDs 8+ INTs MVP consideration lead the league in wow plays AGAIN This MFer is rewriting the record books before our very eyes and being an absolute cyborg weekly all while being the current Ironman at QB.
  3. The McBean hate burns bright with this one
  4. I fully expect another Miami game where Allen takes their souls, easy ? No such thing in the NFL but this is a W when looking at the schedule in May.
  5. Of course the NFL loves TS, she’s been a massive marketing bonanza, I don’t know or care if the league considered her logistics when scheduling, but to act as though it’s not a possibility is absurd. I wish they’d consider my goings on when scheduling, but I can’t carry a tune to save my life and don’t have 50 million tweens and weirdly obsessive middle aged Swiftys singing along to yet another teenage breakup hit song of the month.
  6. What tier ? There’s a strong argument he’s QB2, and top 5 isn’t arguable, there’s less space between Mahomes and Allen than Allen and whoever you want to put at 3 IMO.
  7. Loser mentality, I guess it hurts less when the loss happens. Protect those feelings at all cost lol
  8. In fairness, much has changed with respect to the WR room post draft. I probably would have puked at the idea of MVS at that time too, but seeing how the draft has transpired I’m more accepting of the idea now.
  9. Yeah, by saying I expect McGovern to start sounds like VPGs dad lol I think I was the one rooting for the best player to play, I don’t care who it is, McGovern great, VPG great.
  10. He’s not an experienced NFL center, actually he has no NFL center experience is the point, I’m sure the coaches are comfortable with McGovern playing there, all I’m saying is he doesn’t have to beat out an entrenched veteran NFL center, he has to beat out a dude who’s shown zero at the position. As I said, the rookie is competing from behind for sure… but shocked that a guy who hasn’t played center since college years ago gets beat out by a rookie who’s played the last 3 years in the SEC as a team captain ? thats only a shock if you’re McGovern’s mom lol.
  11. Most people around the game of football lol .. ok guess I can’t argue that nugget we just disagree I guess, let the best player win.
  12. Like I said.. unproven, maybe he ends up being great and I hope he does, but it’s certainly no lock and if the rookie beats him out nobody will be shocked, McGovern hasn’t played C in years and hasn’t played C in the NFL at all.
  13. And he’s about to get some of the best professional oline coaching on the planet, I wouldn’t rule out the idea he could beat out an unproven center in camp, albeit a veteran unproven center. Before a single practice, obviously he’s the underdog and should be.
  14. Yeah in this game I give them a pass, the injuries were insurmountable, but overall history has shown McDermott’s D gets worse in the playoffs by a significant margin, while other contenders D gets better or at least maintains its level of play. McDermott has been carried by Allen up to this point, he has to show his D can win a playoff game against KC, heck I’d settle for just not being the reason they lose.
  15. I don’t think a QB has blown out more teams than Allen since 2020
  16. And you didn’t learn anything from the college numbers prior to playing a snap of pro football. We would all love draft picks to have great college numbers and we’d all love them to interview well, be intelligent, well spoken and likeable. In the end, Coleman will decide how good he’ll become, not prior collegiate success or a bunch of interviews after being drafted.
  17. Sure, and Elam’s metrics all pointed to success, yet nope lol. Like I said none of it guarantees anything, you can choose to solely focus on the numbers, and you would have been wrong about Elam just as you may be wrong about Coleman. Nobody is solely focusing on Coleman’s personality as the reason for his future success and if they do, they may also be wrong, but I’d rather my rookies have Coleman and Elam’s personality and work ethic because it increases their odds of success.
  18. There’s plenty of topics that are sensitive that many deal with, it’s comedy and it’s a roast where you’re guaranteed there’s nothing off limit, you’re entitled to have your opinion on what’s “off limit” of course but self deletion isn’t really topic seen as controversial. I would stay away from roasts and lean more towards family friendly material like sitcoms, all comedy isn’t for all people, just make more suitable viewing decisions for your tolerance level. I don’t think they knew he was running around shooting people and murdering others lol, I understand the hatred for the Patriots organization but it’s a major stretch to suggest they were complicit with murder and now have the audacity to make fun at his expense.
  19. Enough crying about the AH jokes.. it’s a roast wtf, the dude was a POS who ended lives and ruined many others including his own child. To the people complaining about it, don’t watch roasts, they’re no topics off limits and certainly not AH and him doing the world a favour and self deleting.
  20. Correct, but it can tell you something about the necessary attitude needed to be coached, work hard and to learn how to become the best player possible. Much like all the analytics you’re using as a guide to his odds of success, it’s all part of an equation but Keon will ultimately decide how it plays out and because of his demeanour and attitude I like his chances. No guarantees of course.
  21. And this was the concern with Worthy, can he hold up in the league. This would be like Coleman having every pass catching attempt broken up by the DB due to zero separation in his first practice.
  22. I agree about Rousseau, I think Brown is a better RT than Rousseau is a DE.
  23. I’m paying Brown 15M per right now, if he just duplicates last season, and there’s no reason he doesn’t take another jump, then he’s getting well north of 15M a young gigantic athletic RT who continues to improve, he’s turning into exactly what you hoped for when drafting him.
