  1. I think Moore could play a key role for them with his skillset and they are woefully mismanaging him. How the hell is this dude able to make plays with trashcans at QB on the Jets and Browns but not with Josh Allen?
  2. It would send a message that you earn your roster spot on this team and that jerseys aren't handed out like tic-tacs.
  3. Walked into College Station and take a 30-3 lead into halftime over Texas A&M only to get outscored 28-0 in the 2nd half to lose 31-30. Terrible loss.
  4. Gabe is bigger and a better blocker than Coleman
  5. Except when you actually watch the all 22 many times the problem is Allen more than the WRs not getting open. In the 3 losses, Allen not making "layup" throws that he usually takes or being mentally prepared or simply missing things he almost never misses were far bigger issues than anything else. |---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Wow...gusts over 30 during the entire game with winds around 20mph is definitely going to have an effect. Precip chance increased significantly from this morning as well even tho it looks like it will be light...still makes for slippery balls and footing.
  6. He gets 7+ yards quite frequently on those, first downs semi-frequently and took one to the house against NO. It's an extension of their run game essentially. I mean, they ARE good with WR screens. I am not sure what you are watching honestly. RB screens, that's a different story. WR screens they have been highly effective with in terms of what they are trying to accomplish. Using a few games where they didn't work well but ignoring the myriad of games going all the way back to Daboll calling "Gold Rip/Whip" to John Brown who made numerous big plays on those as well seems pretty disingenuous. The reason they keep running them is because they are usually very effective, not because they aren't.
  7. They did a lot of that last year also and so does KC. They take free yards. They also are near the top of the NFL in offense. Are there times they are a little too overly reliant on that. Sure. Is this some major issue most people want to make it. Probably not.
  8. I'm guessing you didn't watch the game the week before?
  9. Which could be greatly hampered by wind conditions leading to a lot of off target throws and balls that sail high. We have seen this countless times with QBs unfamiliar with the conditions here. And the OLine was just terrible in executing. That was the biggest problem. Honestly don't care what the other team does, if they execute at a high level like they usually do they are going to get their yards.
  10. Not better than Cook.
  11. This is the same team that gave up 2 55+ yard TD runs to Traveon Henderson last week. I doubt we see another poor performance like last week in the pass game. Plays were there to be made, once again Allen and the offense in general looked completely unprepared to be able to take advantage of them. There was one play in particular that showed exactly how bad it was when Allen bought a bunch of time, drifted to his right, got near the sideline and then threw it away. On that play he had 3 receivers that were open, almost immediately and before he bailed from the pocket, that he could have thrown to, decided not to throw to 2 of them and then didn't see the 3rd. It was one of the worst games from a "mentally there" aspect that I have ever seen from Allen in terms of the difference between what was available versus what he actually did. Same can be said for the OLine which was just downright bad all game long as well. This coming on the heels of one of their best games against a far superior team and defense. This was nothing other than a completely unprepared and unfocused team last week on offense that thought they could just show up and dominate like they always have against that team. Didn't work out for them. I truly hope they learned that lesson for the last time this year. As the song Legendary asks: "How many times must you learn the same lesson?"
  12. If history holds, they have alternated 13 and 11 win seasons for 5 straight years. This would be an 11 win year. Then they go on a heater in the playoffs until the D folds like a cheap tent when it matters. Pretty sure it "didn't look like those teams" when they were 6-6 two years ago either and 3 games behind the Dolphins in the division at that point. The only thing I care about is that they peak at the right time. If they do that and the D plays with a purpose in the playoffs they can do whatever they want. I get we want to write narratives, but the narrative on this team is that if they focus on the task at hand and play the way they are capable of, they are a very difficult out. There were 3 games where that wasn't close to happening and all 3 were losses.
  13. Almost no chance of snow during the game as it will be too warm, with temps near 40 and current forecast shows low chance of light precip early in game (20%) to none later in game (0%). If game was being played Sunday night then this might be a concern. Greater concern will be wind which seems to be at peak strength precisely when the game is happening, 20 mph with higher gusts. Allen should have a huge advantage in that department as he has the stronger arm and much more experience with how the wind works...and we have seen him throw the ball in much windier conditions with surprisingly little impact. Should make for a typical interesting kicking game with some passing issues as well interspersed...look for balls tailing out of bounds down the sidelines or throws sailing high.
  14. I expect them to win comfortably. This team's issue is focus more than anything. I expect them to be highly focused this game.
  15. How the hell is Thompson listed as Full but questionable? Never have seen this before that I can remember.
  16. Lmao...I am sure it was a result from him going full yesterday and he woke up with some issues after resting.
  17. McD said in meeting with the media this morning that Taron had a "yellow flag" overnight that they wanted to be cautious with so he would be Limited today in practice when asked if Taron had a setback as to why he was being downgraded from Full to Limited.
  18. According to McD before practice apparently.
  19. LMAO...this is beyond petty. Sounds like something someone else would try and do and I'm not going to name names but most can probably guess who I am referring to.
  20. Don't like that Taron was downgrade from Full yesterday to Limited today and that Cam Lewis is still limited and questionable. Would be disastrous to have both nickel players out.
  21. Only going to get worse with Maye still on a rookie deal for 2 more years.
  22. By not beating a team nobody else can beat in the AFC either? Got it...
  23. Dude might be inactive if Davis and Palmer are ready. Or he should be at least.
  24. Partly cloudy and 39 with a brisk 15-25 mph wind. I mean, it might be slightly chillier than normal, but that's not out of the "normal range" for November. The fact there is no precip is a big win. Product on the field? People are so spoiled here the last 5+ years it's absurd.
