  1. Bills give up big runs but they are also among the NFL leaders in TFLs too, so they have a very high negative run rate against them. Bills currently are tied for 5th in the NFL with 5.6 per game. Only teams better are the Browns(7.7), Seahawks(6.9), Vikings(5.9) and Raiders(5.7). Bills tied with Steelers.
  2. Which is a lot better compared to the rest of the NFL than most people think. 12th in YPG and 15th in PPG. People act like they are 32nd and 32nd by a mile, and it simply isn't true. Run D is bad, pass D is really good for the most part.
  3. Typically the issue is steroids allow the muscles to unnaturally grow stronger than what the tendons/ligaments can support which is one of the checks/balances in the body naturally. When you lift weights, the body will never naturally allow muscles to get bigger than what can be supported by the tendons/ligaments. Tendons and ligaments increase in strength much slower than the muscles can because of the relative lack of bloodflow to them. That's why after the initial "jump" observed when starting out lifting weights, the muscle growth tends to slow down, to ensure the tendons/ligaments can keep pace. When this gets overridden by steroids, the tendons/ligaments are no longer able to withstand the additional forces placed on them by stronger contractions than what they can handle and they essentially snap.
  4. Be surprised if he wasn't...they need WRs, only got so many on the roster and 2 are down this game. Unless they counted Hardman as a returner and bring up Codrington, then they could elevate Davis and leave Coleman inactive. Honestly, there is ZERO reason Coleman should ever be active over Davis and I'm not sure how Beane or McD could think otherwise...only thing preventing it is their ego and their investment of a 2nd round pick. Coleman is an anchor to the passing game.
  5. Walker is a "JAG"? You don't really watch games very closely I am guessing.
  6. Marks is their main back I think at this point
  7. The man started laughing while he was still outside the endzone 😂😂
  8. I had no idea he beat up Jimbo every game like that! No wonder why the man needs smelling salts, he is getting abused by his own teammate on the sideline in between series! 😂😂 That play where Brown starts blocking the DE and then releases off him to block the DB coming off the edge and push him past Allen is so freaking good...
  9. Bills main goal should be to erase Nico Collins and force someone else to beat them.
  10. Vegas don't care about the week to week regular season which is why they are vegas and not fans.
  11. unless the Texans get a D/ST score or a very short field from a turnover, I see them having a hard time scoring more than 21 points, and probably not even 20.
  12. But again, they are not even that terrible in that...they rank 18th. Last year they were like 30th or 31st I think.
  13. Also Bills are ranked 12th in Defense in terms of YPG and 15th in terms of PPG. So actually above average. I think this "terrible defense" shtick has run a little too far. Yes, they have been bad against the run, but their overall results have not been bad. They have been slightly above average overall in comparison to the rest of the NFL.
  14. It was funny because the guy was gassing him up and he kinda had that weird look and then said in a long drawn out way "yeahhhhhh...I mean I don't think I played too well to be honest...missed some throws I don't normally miss, made a bad decision trying to avoid a sack on that INT....you can't have that"
  15. Been mostly a non-factor the last two years. Don't think he has much left at this point. Also often injured.
  16. I've often thought having Coleman on the field in the pass game is like trying to drive on the highway with a "donut" tire on your car. I mean, you can do it and sometimes it's fine but it doesn't look good and you are going to have a lot more problems than you want.
  17. Wait! Is that the dude from Tracker I see in there (aka Adam Newman)??
  18. They were coming off a bye also, Reid's specialty at ensuring they get wins in those situations.
  19. I think the Bills plan is to get them in 3rd and long by getting backfield penetration and then tee off in the pash rush. They are willing to give up some in the run game to not get gashed on deep balls but right now they are giving up too much...mostly due to bad fills, bad angles and missed tackles near the LOS The Bills are weird because while they get gashed in the run game too often, they also are among the league leaders in TFLs, so they actually DO stuff a good number of runs in a given game. The issue is, too often they then allow conversions in those situations and then get gashed with a house call run... Perfect example is Bucs in 3rd and 12 due to some good D, they convert on the play and then Tucker runs 44 yards for a TD on the next play. They simply need to be a little better at getting off the field on 3rd down. They are better than last year when they were near the bottom of the NFL, I think they are 18th this year so around average, but improving that would go a long way toward improving the overall D. Pass D has gotten much better since Poyer and Hairston have gotten in there and Bishop is taking a step... Now we just need to do better and get off the field on 3rd down more often and I think you'd see a lot of the problems mitigated.
  20. Yawn...what else is new 🤣
  21. Well he is going to be active this week along with Davie likely called up as well...
  22. Had to be during the game because Mon/Tues were both walkthrough days
  23. Agree...may have been a very outside shot he played Sunday, although likely not, but no way he is playing on a Thursday short week.
  24. 0-3 in Houston...something has to give
  25. Surprisingly, many people, myself included, didn't know that Ty Johnson also has similar speed
