The guy that has been called up the last 2 weeks from the PS. I doubt it...he hasn't even been catching the ball.

I never competed in powerlifting competitions but as someone natural and just doing it on my own without any trainers, etc, I had a pretty respectable big 3 of 1,420 lbs(565lb DL, 475lb squat, 380 lb bench(x2)) at 188 lbs. And even at my lesser level of doing it, my body is paying for it now...already had one hip replacement done and about to have a second on the other side 5 years later next month. Have arthritic changes in my elbows that I have to constantly go to PT for so I can keep them good and be able to continue working out. Switched from free weights to heavy resistance bands(love them and will never go back...super effective and much easier on the joints) and I still have random aches and pains most days. Almost 50 and still in great shape, so I guess it's expected but that's without even taking steroids, but damn if this isn't way harder than it was when I was in my 30s even. Now I don't train to push myself and gain new muscle as much as I train to ensure I can workout the next day 😂😂 Problem with tendons and ligaments is they take a long time to grow stronger to support the muscle growth. The body will never allow itself to gain more muscle than what it can support via tendons and ligaments. Steroids completely overrides this and causes muscle growth so rapidly that the tendons and ligaments have no way of catching up. The forces in play from the weights being lifted and explosive movements, etc causes them to essentially snap eventually. Yup, Merriman was never the same after the injuries.

Season Predictions at the Half-way point
Big Turk replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
AFC - overall a hugely disappointing year for many teams in the conference. Was supposed to be a lot of competition and it's turned into almost none. Really the only division up for grabs is the North. East - Bills North - Ravens South - Texans West - KC(#1 seed) WC - Steelers, Chargers, Broncos NFC - seems to be far stronger than the AFC from top to bottom when it was thought it would be exactly the opposite. East - Commanders - Jayden Daniels is the truth, defense has been improving and just added Lattimore to it which should improve it even more. North - Lions(#1 seed) South - Falcons West - 49ers (CMC coming back possibly this week will be huge for them) WC - Vikings, Eagles, Packers AFC Championship game: Chiefs over Bills(just don't think our defense will get it done when it counts---again) NFC Championship game: Lions over Commanders Super Bowl: Chiefs over Lions(Mahomes and Chris Jones always seem to make enough plays when they need to to win important games) -
He has flashed some serious potential in limited reps

Most balls Kincaid hasn't caught have been bad throws or good defensive plays. Might have had a few drops here and there but I haven't seen this huge drop off. Shakir might have the best hands in NFL history...currently shattering his own record set last year for highest catch percentage in a season with 45+ targets.

Kincaid isn't reliable?

Week 10, Bills v. Colts, PREDICT THE SCORE!

I have to say after the last few months I have a newfound respect for Hollins and barefoot walking. I am getting ready to have a hip replacement done(thanks heavy weight lifting), and am extremely active walking 15-25K steps a day(partially from elliptical work) spending a few hours a day on my walking pad while working. I was having excruciating hip and glute issues while using the walking pad while wearing shoes...and I tried everything. I have Good Feet arch supports which were game changing for me when I was having foot issues, I bought new Aasic running shoes with super cushiony support, etc.. Nothing helped. As a last resort, I started walking on the pad barefoot. Almost right away, it felt better. My hip and glute were still bothering me but it was less intense. Over the following days and weeks the pain and tightness went down every day until now I do it and have no pain or tightness at all. Unsure exactly why this works or the mechanism behind it, but it has made a huge difference in my daily life. Never would have considered this until Hollins talked about all the benefits from it and how he believes it saved his NFL career. So...today we are celebrating Real Men of Genius...hats off to you...Mr. Crazy Hair Barefoot Walker Guy...

It's what happens when you are old and slow...you try and make up for it somehow...

Brian Baldinger (#BaldysBreakdowns) of Bills offense play structure
Big Turk replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall
Those constant delays on players getting out into the pattern after the LBs start dropping back are brilliant...essentially wait for the guys to think they aren't a passing option then leak out. -
Probably need to see how it is healing and prognosis from other tests.

Bills signing Quinton Jefferson; Update..AND Jordan Phillips
Big Turk replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let's get it... Both are familiar with their roles and should have no issues getting back up to speed. Makes a lot of sense from that standpoint. Honestly would have preferred Lawson tho over Phillips as he is a great edge setter and run defender. -
Bills have at least 2 more years of no issues winning the division after this year. Patriots may have the best shot...actually got a good young QB it seems like, tons of cap space and loads of high draft picks coming.
-
Good organizations don't trade 4th round picks for players like Jonathan Mingo based on the compensation other WRs had gotten prior.
-
Yes Jay Skurski tweeted Bills officially made no moves about 15 minutes ago
-
I mean we have a 4 game lead on the entire division and we still play the hapless Patriots twice in the last 3 weeks.

100%...especially since KC was in on him earlier but then decided it wasn't worth it.

Calling it now: You're all about to witness the arrival of Shakir
Big Turk replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Shakir might have the best hands in NFL history... This is a list of highest catch percentage in a season with 45+ targets. Shakir is 1st and 2nd on the list and this season would break his NFL record from last year at well over 90% this season. It's absurd. The dude is a human vacuum cleaner when it comes to catching the football. Shakir and Allen also set an NFL record this year for most consecutive targets completed without a drop. I would probably still say Michael Thomas based on sheer number of targets and how high he is, appearing 3rd and 12th, but Shakir is definitely not far behind if he is at all.
