Milano is good to go... There is no way they would have him attacking the sled so violently and suddenly if they thought it was anything serious with his hamstring. Those are exactly the type of moves that would reaggravate it.

Every Coordinator is amazing at their job or else they would never get promoted. The ones who succeed in a head coaching role are the ones who understand that you aren't the "doer", you are the one who delegates properly to get things done and then oversees and supports each group that is doing the work, much like a CEO would do and are responsible for decisions related to the direction of the team and many other non-football related items. Most new head coaches are shocked at how much of their job is dealing with non-football related things.

I grew up hating Ohio State(sorry THE Ohio State) and then after college lived in Columbus for about 5 or 6 years...and openly hated on the Buckeyes. A few times, felt like I was taking my life into my hands especially after some Michigan losses, but mostly loved trash talking them.
