Depends on what he wants as a new contract extension. If he wants best CB in the NFL money, I think you have to pass. Can't let current situation force you into chasing players, that's how good teams become bad teams real quick.
He should have had a 3rd INT on a roughing the passer penalty that was wiped out that was absolutely brutal...looked like he was throwing it to the Bengals player.
Up until the last few years trades almost never happened...it was almost like one day all the GMs woke up and they all started calling each other and were like "Did you know we can actually make trades before the deadline?"
I think pushing it back a few weeks helped a lot since more teams knew what bucket they were likely to fall in by that time and more teams were willing to part with players whereas when it was earlier, more teams still thought they had a chance.
If that's what he was actually asking for, he would have already been extended by the Bears and they wouldn't be trying to trade him. Likely far more than that.
