  1. The reason Flynn is a better option than Kolb is the unknown. Kolb had his shot, couldn't get it done. Yes, Flynn was beat out by Wilson, but Wilson was incredible. And yes, Rob Johnson exhibited the unknown, but until we find the guy, we need to keep looking under every rock.
  2. Gotta have Kenny Britt starting at WR
  3. LOL at any of the Clowney suggestions. That makes zero sense in any way.
  4. In all seriousness, your friend is the only person with a Dick Jauron photo at their desk on this planet
  5. I don't think anyone needed to see the Bills make a big splash. But there is certainly some value in free agency; Lawson isn't enough.
  6. I'm with ya on Jones in the first and Williams in the third. But sadly, in that scenario, I don't think any of those guys last to our pick in each respective round.
  7. We were not nearly as desperate for a QB in 2004 as we are right now.
  8. We won't sign him. Not that we wouldn't have some interest, but he held out because he was sick of Cincinnati. No way he signs in Buffalo. It'll he Arizona.
  9. Jones is one of the few game changers in this draft. I would be thrilled to add him.
  10. What is the risk? Not the spinal stenonsis, I hope That's garbage. USC team doctors have that opinion, but apparently the SEC sees no issue. No credible doctor would allow him to play and incur a catastrophic injury if they had any concerns.
  11. Clements??? He wasn't worth $80 million. Winfield shouldn't have been allowed to leave.
  12. Sorry, I wasn't really clear. My question was directed at your comment that Warmack has "as high a floor as any guard I've seen." I'm not trying to pick on you or anything, I'm just not sure how anyone can really say that about a college guard. It would seem to be hard to say that there is something drastically different between Warmack this year and DeCastro last year.
  13. Based on what? Do you watch a lot of college football and focus on guards? Or are you just saying that based on what the talking heads are saying?
  14. Haha, yup. Can't think of too many unknown Joe Montana's that sign with teams in free agency.
  15. I mean this sincerely... Would some of you still be saying so matter-of-factly that he is going to be so good if his name was Jerry Heffernan? I think people get blinded by little things, feed into what the talking heads are serving, etc. How many people actually watched Warmack dominate? He could be great, but it is no sure thing like some suggest. We cannot afford to take a guard at 8.
  16. I'm not a big better, but I agree with you on that line as well as the Colts 40-1
  17. I'm ignoring all the trade talk, it is just silly. But I will say, sadly, that Jacksonville's attendance numbers are better than ours.
  18. How accurate is that mock supposed to be? Nassib and Glennon lasting until the 5th round?????
  19. How can you say with such certainty that the Bills aren't taking him at 8? He will be in the discussion, no doubt
  20. He will go down in New England folklore for all his bad deeds
  21. I've always loved Flacco, think he would've been the perfect Buffalo QB, so I'm not debating you there, but the Bills could back up the biggest Brinks truck, and it wouldn't matter. Even before today, Flacco wasn't going anywhere. Young QBs do not change teams unless there are extremely rare circumstances (i.e. Brees' shoulder injury). He was never an option.
