  1. At least some of it... I'd like to see them go get Berrios now...
  2. We'll see how it shakes out...Thing is, College is going to keep pumping in QB's that will be drafted and make Rosters. They may not all be great, or even decent, but they take jobs. And guys like Trubisky fall through the cracks. Plus the Bills QB room is a pretty sweet gig if you're a back-up...The Bills will have a decent QB 2 and 3. Just have no idea right now who they will be...
  3. Get Chandler Jones to come to Buffalo...He's a UFA...Last contract...He's already made 100 million dollars in the NFL and he's from Endicott...Go get him...Draft at DT and CB early. Add weapons in the 3rd Rd on like Austin and Cook that do specific jobs to boost the Offense...Re-build the O-Line depth a bit...That's what I'm looking at right now...But we'll see...
  4. For me it's O-Line 1st and IDL 2nd...Adding a stud to both would have a big impact IMHO...
  5. Thing is...As good as this Bills Offense is, it can certainly be better...And they seem to understand exactly where it needs to improve. I was actually encouraged with Beane's presser concerning the big Offense questions. This Bills OC job is as much of a guarantee as you're ever going to get in the NFL. Granted nothing is certain...But it's close. And it can get better...
  6. No... He's fine as a complimentary though...And I felt like he really became a more seasoned pro this year. Still...It's not that the Bills need a stud RB to win it all...They don't...But boy if they had one...
  7. Exactly...I understand Dorsey will have to wait a little because the Bills have to do their due diligence with the league rules on an open coordinator position...But still...The #17 kid is future HOF-kind of special...Just do your job well and the sky is the limit....
  8. Honestly I have no idea right now because I've given it zero thought. I figured there was 0.0 chance Dorsey would not stay here...Unless it was pretty clear from McD himself he would not get the promo...I just think it would be insane for Dorsey to leave. It's literally a crazy career gamble... Anyway...McD's phone is about to go nuclear...Who wants to run a Josh Allen led Offense? Anyone?...
  9. Please...Don't get me started on Metcalf...I'm still pissed we did not take him...I'll start pulling posts from that Draft again...And that's a rabbit hole I'd rather leave behind because I still get angry... But yes...In the world of fantasy I'd do that trade...
  10. I think a lot of what happens in Rd 1 depends on 1st - Tre's injury status...2nd - If Levi is resigned...3rd if the Bills sign a Levi-tier UFA CB... Beane seemed to indicate as long as things go smooth, Tre has a decent chance to return for the season opener. Totally understand that can change. But Tre is young and these recoveries are regularly quick now. The Bills paid Tre, so they have to lean to hopeful...Just realistically hopeful. If Levi is resigned I think there is 0.0 chance the Bills go CB in Rd 1. Beane told us in the presser he's not going to Draft a guy knowing he'll be behind Dane...Let alone Tre, Levi, Taron, and Dane...If they sign a Levi-tier UFA I still think the chances are 0.0... If Tre is not going to be ready for a while, they don't re-sign Levi or sign a UFA, then CB goes to the top of the list, and they will Draft a 1st Round CB...If not I think they'll go O-Line...There is the potential for Cap casualties on the O-Line, and there are plenty of contracts coming up there in the next 2 years regardless. Beane said the #1 priority on Offense is protecting Josh. And I think there is a really great opportunity to bolster that area early in the 2022 Draft. I mean improve this line with a stud LG...Probably a kid that is a College LT, but can kick inside and really be special early in the NFL. That's where I'm leaning. But...We'll see...
  11. There was no bigger factor on D last Sunday than Tre being out...We all knew KC would be the ultimate test without Tre... It sucks...But it is what it is...
  12. The Pro Bowl does not deserve Joshua Patrick Allen...
  13. Yep...The Bills pulled off that coffin corner-type KO with real good success at times throughout the year...The roster is structured with precision towards ST's...They have some very good ST's coverage guys... Great post!
  14. No. If you're specifically talking about the game from that Kickoff till the KC FG to force overtime, the reaction is right where it should be. Because that was quite possibly the worst coached 13 seconds of Playoff football ever...It was brutal...
  15. Well...I've been a fan since 1970...And pretty diehard at that so...I feel your pain...I really do... GO BILLS!!!
  16. There is choking...Then there is the next level...Those 13 seconds were like the next level after the next level of choking... Just terrible on all accounts...What the Bills did was so incredibly pedestrian and noticeable, all it took was a little sandlot football to beat it in a 9% probability situation...If this is the best they could come up with...after the TO's no less...I mean...I'm sorry...I love McD...But seriously...WTF?...They all but served up that FG on a silver platter for the Chiefs...They gave the Chiefs a guaranteed 20 of the 40 yards they had to have by playing that far off the ball on both down...Think about that...The Chiefs basically needed a maximum of 10 yards per reception to get into FG range because the Bills gave them 20 for free...True story... Honestly...It's a damn good thing McD has built what he has at this point...Because otherwise, and for sure in other markets...They would destroy him for those 13 seconds...I don't want him to leave at all...I really don't...But it is what it is when breaking down the strategy applied, and what happened as a result after the Bills final TD... Sucks...
  17. True...But KC still scored 33 points before those 13 seconds...No question the Bills blew it...They won the game minus the 13 seconds...Still...If the Bills are the best team in the NFL, then KC's #2...I think if the Chiefs win out they will have earned it. Mahomes/Kelce/Hill fully took advantage of the Bills idiocy in those 13 seconds...They deserve credit for it...I don't have to like it to be honest about it...
  18. The way I look at those 2 plays in the 13 seconds is that KC needed at least 40 yards...The Bills were playing 10 yds off the line (minimum) on both plays...So...They literally gave the Chiefs 20 of the 40 yards free before they ever put their foot in the ground and turned up field for more...Just stupid...
  19. I've told everyone who will listen the Bills and Chiefs are the 2 best teams in the NFL long before last Sunday...The only way I can be right about that is for the Chiefs to win out...And I hope they do...If so, they will have earned it...That does not make me happy...But it is what it is.
  20. We'll see about the names in the coming months... But right now I think the odds favor O-Line and speed at WR...
  21. McD is not going anywhere any time soon... But that does not take him off the hook for those 13 seconds...That was a debacle and it's his job to figure out how to win when you have a 91% probability to do so...This loss is squarely on the Coaching staff...The game was won...And they blew it...
  22. It's a great point...2 Drafts...One 1st and two 2nd Rd picks at DE...I just don't know how smart it is to go back to that well again... I think they'll look for vet help on the D-Line and look to turn this Offense into a completely unstoppable force in the Draft...O-Line, WR speed, and a feature RB to push Moss out...
  23. You can hold the 1st time...But if you do it again, and the refs feel it's intentional, it's a 15 yard penalty and they put the time back on the clock...You can still knock the s*** out of them in the first five yards...You could've done that at any time...You just can't intentionally hold on consecutive downs...At least that's how they explained the rules this AM on WGR...
