  1. The Rams are playing as well as any team I've seen this year. Every last play is good on their part. How often do you see that? Allen has to make super-human plays to keep the Bills in the game. McVay = respect.
  2. Gives you a sense of what an athlete he is. I'd be more concerned about the 300 pound man riding me to the ground.
  3. They can't come back, by definition, given that they can't stop the Rams and Offside kicks aren't allowed before the end of the game. Even if Allen scores every possession, they still lose with this defense. Forget Detroit; I'm worried about New England now.
  4. Stafford is embarrassing McDermott and Babich's defense on national TV. They usually adjust at halftime, but I don't see any adjustments yet.
  5. Since nothing is working on defense, maybe it's time to bring in different players. Sit Milano, Hamlin, Oliver, Epenesa, Miller. Bring in the subs. They almost literally could not do worse.
  6. I wonder what would happen if they put all eleven guys on Nakua? Defensive lineman, linebackers, the whole team. Do you think he would still catch the ball for a first down? Me, too.
  7. This Rams team could beat the Chiefs, too.
  8. No urgency on offense, utterly helpless on defense. It's like they didn't prepare for a game that they didn't care about.
  9. It's going to come down to that one punt by the Bills.
  10. Is Stafford at 100% completion rate? It's like the Bills are fielding a JV team against him.
  11. LA looks like Detroit at its best.
  12. Agreed. That was just a fantastic play by the safety.
  13. And a bad angle on the blitz; he ran into a guy who wasn't even trying to block him.
  14. Bad matchup, maybe. McVay's scheme vs. McDermott's scheme.
  15. The only Bills defender playing well, figures.
  16. They're doing whatever they want. Bills look bewildered.
  17. They've been a week away for weeks.
  18. Reggie Gilliam is no slouch, either. He's had some big catches for the Bills. Nice to have depth!
  19. Sports discourse rivals political discourse in its near-universal displays of logical fallacies, motivated reasoning, and bias of every kind, particularly confirmation and recency bias. I suppose that's what makes it fun, but it's maddening at times. Accurate, informed, dispassionate analysis is vanishingly rare, while thoughtless, self-indulgent, triggered tripe is the norm, most prominently among media types. Can't say I'm innocent. Nothing I like better than a cathartic TBD rant!
  20. I notice the OP mentions didn't mention these injuries against the Ravens but did mention Detroit's injuries in the upcoming game against the Bills. All in the pursuit of being "realistic," I suppose. 🙄
  21. With all these players returning and still needing to get up to speed in the next few weeks, it sounds like the Bills will be peaking at precisely the right time, as if it's scripted, in fact.
  22. I thought the Bills were retooling Cine as a linebacker. Is that incorrect?
