My son would love a print of the Gatorade poster. Has anyone come across a digital version that could be printed?

Anyone agree with me now? Diggs either quit on this team or hit a wall. Either way, he is now an average NFL WR.

AFC Divisional Playoff - Chiefs @ Bills - 2nd half game thread

Where is our elite WR?! -
He's been invisible for weeks. Today I saw him catch a ball and drop to the ground before getting touched, without effort for YAC. Unless he is secretly injured I think it's time to really evaluate his effectiveness and effort.

Does the bookkeeper have Josh's dog held hostage? Looks like he's throwing the game.

12/ 1/2022 NFL Week #13 - Bill at Pats* - 1st half game thread

Why no TE help on the left? -
This team is 100% McBeane's. Their players, their scheme, their results. I see a QB who cannot hit a throw down field. I see a QB who struggles to hold onto the ball. I see an offensive scheme that is either too conservative or too aggressive, but rarely balanced. I see draft picks not living up to either their potential our their drafted position. I see a run defense that has had multiple 200 yard games against them. I see a defense that doesn't take the ball away. I see below average special teams units Overall, I see a plan that is failing.

Issues with WGR/Radio.com app?
ShipUPride replied to Bills fan since 87's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Regardless of whose fault it is.. Radio.com App sucks! I try to listen daily, but only succeed a few times per week. -
I thought about this during the game, and while I do not believe that he thought this deeply, there is a level of logic in letting this guy kick the field goal. They were down by 7, knowing that they needed a TD and an Extra Point to tie, the kicker had the potential of being on the field to tie the score at the end of the game to send it to OT. Even if he missed the field goal, there was a chance that they could still score a TD and you would need the kicker to tie it up. Maybe he wanted to let him "get right" on a FG, instead of on the necessary extra point. I dunno. Just a thought.

Specifically for football, I think the NFL's 20 year push for more exciting offenses, which lead to higher scoring, which lead to an over-reliance on the QB position has turned the NFL into the Haves and the Have Nots. If you have a good QB, your team is good. If you don't your team is terrible. Unfortunately, there are only about 3-5 Great QBs, 20 average QBs and the rest are terrible. People are tired of the lack of parity.

I've actually been wondering the same thing. Week one, Jets/Bills, the stadium seemed half empty in the third quarter with the game still in reach. I wonder if the tipping point has happened and more people prefer to stay at home. Concessions and comfort are better at home.
-
With the reliance on the QB position, why would not they keep both and have them compete? Trade one away after that 2019 season.

Just have to write this out to believe it (QBs)
ShipUPride replied to ShipUPride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
IMO, without using hindsight (if that is possible) Year 1: Start the incumbent (Taylor), sign a solid #2 and keep Nathan on the Practice Squad. Year 2: Cut Taylor, Draft Josh, Re-sign the #2 from 2017 if he played well, otherwise replace with another solid #QB. Promote Nathan from PS to be your #2. Go into season with 3 QB's, one of which has 32+ games experience. -
In the 24 games since McDermott got here... we have started the following QBs: Tyrod Taylor - 14 Games Nathan Peterman - 5 Games (after this week) Josh Allen - 3 Games Derek Anderson - 2 Games Joe Webb - 0 Games (Played in 1) AJ McCarron - 0 Games Matt Barkley - 0 Games Nothing that hasn't been stated already, but this is downright unbelievable.

The 5 year (realistic) plan for this team
ShipUPride replied to ShipUPride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Taken from another thread (BillsRDue) #1 - wants Mike McCoy as his OC - is turned down. (McCoy sh*ts the bed in Arizona and is fired) #2 - hires Rico Dennison #3 - passes on Patrick Mahomes #4 - lets Goodwin, Woods, Watkins walk- drafts Zay Jones. #5 - has a roster with 2 FB's ( DiMarco and Tolbert) and no dominant run game #6 - goes into the season with Tyrod and Peterman #7 - starts Peterman in playoff race- He throws 5 INT in ONE HALF- benched. #8 - brings in Kelvin Benjamin as the WR savior #9 - scores 3 points in a playoff game. #10 - fires Rico, hires Dab #11- loses 3 OL, brings in Newhouse, Bodine - starts Miller, Groy and Ducasse #12 - fills WR needs with Foster, McCloud, Proehl, cuts Streater, keeps Holmes #13 - brings in McCarron as his shiny new QB, passes on Bridgewater. #14- ships McCarron out for a 5th #15- starts Peterman a second time and gets his ass spanked 47-3 #16- forced to start his rookie and does not prepare for a backup plan in case of emergency. #17-finds his QB in Derek Anderson who hasn't played in a meaningful game in 7 years. -
I have very big concerns about the long-term impact that the "2019 spending spree" may cause. Given that this GM and HC have shown absolutely no ability to judge offensive talent, if they are choosing how we spend 80 million in 2019, that means we likely have large, long term contracts (on offense) that will carry multiple years forward. Here is how I look at it: Year 1: Average football team that backs itself into the playoffs. Overall record: 9-8 Year 2: Horrific handling of the QB situation (among other positions). Anticipated overall record: 3-13 Year 3: 80 million poorly spent on offensive weapons that have little to no impact. Possible overall record: 7-9. McDermott Fired! Year 4: New coach inherits team with no salary cap space, long term contracts on offense. Fire sale commences. Year 5: Rebuild is on... again. Anyone else have this fear?

Things I trust more than "The Process"
ShipUPride replied to damj's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Toss in EVERY offense related decision. Center, Guard, Tackle, QB, QB2, QB3, FB, WR, TE. The only position they haven't screwed the pooch on, on offense, has been RB. Give them time. They will trade away Shady at some point. -
WGR is ditching its App for Radio.com
ShipUPride replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We drove up from southern PA for the bills game thursday night. In years past, the entire drive up and the entire drive back would have had the WGR app (or tunein) playing. With this new app, we don't even bother trying. It's a mess. -
WGR is ditching its App for Radio.com
ShipUPride replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I too hate this migration to the Radio.com app. I am an iPhone user and I drive a lot. This means I also use Waze as my nav solution. Unfortunately, when I launch the Radio.com app and launch a stream (say WGR), then start Waze, the Radio.com app crashes within 10 seconds. My work around, in case anyone else has this problem, is to start Waze first, then the radio.com app. After streaming has started, hit the home button and (no lie) sit at the home screen for 10 seconds, then open Waze again. 90% of the time, that works and it "holds". -
Fan Advisory Board--Suggestions?
ShipUPride replied to plenzmd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I sincerely hope you and others on this committee take it seriously. As such, I hope one or more of these provoke consideration. Hire a full-time, professional cheerleading group (no I'm not a fan of the Jills) - See Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders https://www.baltimoreravens.com/cheerleaders/ Hire a full-time marching band that plays between plays, during time-outs, and during the half - Again, See the Baltimore Ravens Band https://www.google.com/search?q=Baltimore+ravens+band&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwip8uLpy9PbAhUtuVkKHdx8CdsQ_AUIDCgD&biw=1920&bih=983 #1 and #2 will help to make the already amazing Bills Games have more of a college football feel. Play RedZone during all stops in action (as previously noted) Continue improving (cleaning up) the poor fan behavior in stadium and in stadium lots. Sorry guys, keep your drunken puking, table breaking and craziness in the private lots. Move the National Anthem to before the Player Introductions. I always felt it weird to get all hyped up for Intros, only to then remove my headgear and stand relatively silenced for a few minutes, then ramp it back up again after the anthem. I'd rather have the anthem performed, then let football intros and excitement start and last continuously until kick-off. Bring back the stampeding Buffalo during all kick offs Provide real-time updates (jumbotron?) on injuries or other player related issues during the game. At home I know when #xx is out of the game and for what reason. In stadium, I typically don't notice until the drive is half over and I wonder where so and so is. Then I have to ask around to people with ear buds as to what is going on. -
