    One thing I do and several others have picked up on it, for the home opener, is book the first three weekends of the schedule, before it comes out. Once it's announced which weekend is the opener, cancel the two weekends you don't need. Get the room you want and the lower rate. Been doing this for several years now.

    I have PreCheck so I know their pain. One thing I find funny on some planesreading the instructions on how to open the emergency door. They show it being placed on the seats after getting it open. I'm thinking hell no, I'm chucking it out when I open the door.

    1st problem is using Travelocity instead of looking into booking everything yourself. 2nd was flying United. 90% of the time someone tells me about a bad airline experience, they were on United. American is not much better. I use Delta myself.
