  1. I find the insinuation that a rapist lurks inside me, and that when I see a sexy woman it's impossible to control him, to be extremely idiotic.
  2. You're right it was a rupture and not a tear but I still don't think speed for a NT is all that important. http://www.newsobserver.com/2010/03/05/371...o-cut-list.html CHARLOTTE -- After deciding to cut quarterback Jake Delhomme and defensive tackle Damione Lewis earlier Thursday, the Panthers also said farewell to defensive tackle Maake Kemoeatu in the evening. Kemoeatu's agent, Ken Vierra, said early today that he was informed around 8 p.m. Thursday that the team had decided to release Kemoeatu, primarily for financial reasons. Vierra said Kemoeatu was scheduled to receive a roster bonus of around $1.7 million March 15 and would have earned a base salary of $2.6 million in 2010. Kemoeatu has been rehabilitating his torn Achilles tendon, which was surgically repaired last summer and needed followup surgeries to address complications that arose after the original operation. Vierra said Kemoeatu would continue to rehabilitate in Charlotte as he looks to continue his NFL career elsewhere. Vierra said he expected Kemoeatu to be ready for training camp next summer.
  3. He is but he's expected to be ready by camp, IIRC. Achilles tears affect speed and for a NT speed isn't all that important, JMO
  4. Just one of a few for him last year, IIRC. Starting? His handle doesn't creep you out?
  5. Panthers cut; Maake Kemoeatu | #99 | DT Carolina Panthers | Official Team Site Height: 6-5 Weight: 345 Age: 31 Born: 1/10/1979 Tonga College: Utah Experience: 9th season High School: Kahuku HS [HI] I think the Panthers play a 4-3 but the dudes got the size for a NT.
  6. Looks like Dansby is going to the Dolphins!!
  7. If Dansby becomes a Bill I'll eat Vince Wilfork's underwear.
  8. 4-3 DT he has little to no value for a 3-4 scheme. JMO
  9. I'm guessing a third is about right.
  10. I would rather see Buffalo trade Lynch to Oakland for Michael Bush and a draft pick. Although getting Taylor wouldn't suck.
  11. Now they need to re-sign Incognito. Not because I believe he's at all essential but just to get the whiners to shut up.
  12. What he said. I crossed out the last line because the tone is a bit harsh. There's another reason Incognito may not have been tendered. His agent may have an inflated view of his value and the Bills think that by letting him test the market reality will teach him a lesson.
  13. The hard truth may not be what Bills fans want to hear. http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d8...mp;confirm=true In this uncapped year, don't expect a wild spending spree by owners, and also don't expect big signing bonuses to be awarded after the first handful of players are signed. Here are 10 things to watch in the 2010 free agency period: (Read the article for explanations of his 10 points) 1. Expect less player movement than usual 2. Don't expect teams to go after restricted free agents 3. Some teams will not work free agency until after the draft 4. Expect a lot of short-term deals 5. The Final Eight Rule The Saints, Colts, Vikings and Jets were the final four teams standing in 2009. They really can't sign any big free agents unless they lose a player and he signs for big money. For example, if Taylor signed with a team other than Minnesota for $6 million a year, the Vikings could then sign an unrestricted free agent for up to $6 million a year. Players like L.T. and Westbrook, who were released, do not factor into this rule and could be aggressively pursued by the final four. The next four teams left standing -- San Diego, Baltimore, Arizona and Dallas -- can each sign one big free agent for $5.8 million, but have restrictions after that. Don't expect much action from the final eight teams standing in last year's postseason. 6. Don't expect big signing bonuses 7. More players to enter free agency because of bonus clauses 8. Teams encouraging players to test down market 9. The draft class will affect free agency 10. Restricted players will be no-shows These are all very interesting points. The one that helps the Bills the most, I think, is the final 8 rule.
  14. Fixed! It seems they take themselves too seriously. Ripping on other shows more popular than theirs smacks of jealousy. In the interview above they seem to take themselves too seriously. I love both shows and I really used to like Trey and Matt but I think they are starting to get big headed. JMO
  15. Shhhh! Facts aren't welcome here!!
  16. You've got to be kidding me. There have been white losers that were available to the Bills and people here don't want them because they are more trouble than they're worth. If you look hard enough you can find anything you want. In the future please point out what people are saying that you interpret as racist. Incognito's problems, as far as I know, are on the field related and he's not anywhere near a one year suspension. I think that's the most likely difference.
  17. OOps! I meant that they didn't think he was worth his contract.
  18. A switch of positions would probably really help Hangartner. I think Wood could handle C duties as long as there is no lingering problems from his injury.
  19. I just wasn't sure how long a triceps tear took to heal. Thanks. IMO, this is a sal cap move more than anything else.
  20. Ummmmm...no it's not. You should look up what a queef really is.
  21. No, Rotoworld has already removed him from the Bills page. They are usually right on top of these things. http://www.rotoworld.com/content/clubhouse...amp;majteam=BUF
  22. I'm sure there is a lot more behind this then we know. Remember the Rams didn't get a trade for him they just cut him. Chansaw is trying to build team chemistry and I'm not surprised Incognito doesn't fit into his plans. I won't be surprised at all to see ML traded soon either. JMO
  23. Rotoworld Beat writer Kevin Acee reports the Chargers have released NT Jamal Williams. Acee predicted the move a week ago, so it wasn't a surprise. Williams, turning 34 this offseason, was due a $1M roster bonus on top of a $5M salary in the final year of his contract. He'll be a health risk on the free agent market after missing most of the 2009 season with a torn triceps. With Darren Sproles now in his pocket, GM A.J. Smith can target a nose tackle in the first round. Source: Kevin Acee on Twitter http://www.zimbio.com/Jamal+Williams/artic...iams+out+Season On Saturday, the Chargers announce that they were placing DT Jamal Williams on Injured Reserve, thus ending his season. Williams has had a history on knee injuries, but this off season he lost 25 pounds and came into camp saying he felt better than he had in years. But this time it was not his knees that failed Williams, but rather a torn tricep that is causing him to sit out the remaining fifteen games of the season. He was injured in Sept. I wonder if he can be ready by training camp?
  24. I'm an optimist. Maybe this will get pinned and the mocks asked to be put into one thread. It would be nice. Everything I have lists him as a OT.
