  1. This is my feeling as well. The Bills have several choices as to how they want to manage their cap room and draft picks. If they decide to bundle the farm to move up, it's still likely going to be a year before the young guy is ready to contribute. So in 2018 you're going to play the young guy and likely take a big step backward, with the hope that he becomes the guy. If they decide to invest big in a veteran like a Cousins, that allows them to use their draft capital to fill in their holes. I don't get the Cousins hate some people have here. I guess they missed that more than half of their opening day starters were out by the end of the year. Guy is a stud pocket QB.
  2. my post count? really? yes, i've barely posted since being forced to come to this board when BBMB shut down. But i've been around for a long time. i guess i should fatten my post count debating the same stuff over and over again.
  3. don't worry, nobody is confusing you with an NFL GM. We'll see what he gets
  4. Gaines 3-4? You're nuts. He's going to get 8-9 mil per year...
  5. Yep, it's all there. Even with all the dead money, the Bills enter the offseason with ~29 million in cap room. They would gain an extra 9.4 by cutting Tyrod. There are only a couple guys they could cut/restructure to gain some extra room, mainly Zo, Richie or Hughes. 2019? a whopping 92 million in cap room!
  6. to be fair, they win no matter who is calling the game
  7. not watching. all this added fake drama makes it even more unwatchable.
  8. I watched 0 minutes. I can no longer watch their games
  9. Doing this would be incredibly dumb given what Beane has said about dead cap.
  10. Silliest thing I've read all day. thanks!
  11. why? why would it be shocking? both have been pegged as potential HC's, so it's a natural progression. Many Patriots coordinators became HC's during this run. They all sucked, and likely will continue to (because they dont have Brady) In no way do i see one or both of them leaving as any kind of indication of future of the franchise.
  12. Obviously, i hate the Pats insanely, but there is nothing here. There is too much success and too much to lose for this Big 3 to break up. That being said, I 100% believe Belichick wanted to keep Jimmy G and have him take over. Kraft was never going to sign off on pushing Brady out the door, so Belichick lost that battle. Nothing is going to change.
  13. I would absolutely take Cousins. The Bills have the cap room, and then could use the bounty of picks to fill in around him. I didn't read all 11 pages, but do most people realize almost every other starter on that offense is on IR?
  14. This is why the never ending OC vs QB debate drives me absolutely nuts Has the playcalling in SF gotten magically better or is it something else? Has the playcalling in Philly gotten that much worse lately, or is it something else?
  15. it's weird how coaches are good when they have competent QB play, and bad when they dont.....
  16. if you can look at the Bills passing offense in 3 years under Tyrod and continue to make the case he's the guy, that's a you problem. Maybe he will go to a Denver or some other team with an "elite" defense and lead a team them somewhere, but it won't be because of his passing ability.
  17. For some reason, fans are tired of this viewpoint. I guess they think it's easier to lie to themselves and think the QB can play. He can't. He's bad, and while he's not the sole reason the team is average, he is a big reason why.
  18. When Benjamin caught the TD, i thought we had a real chance. The second they took it off the board, I looked at my wife and said the Bills would lose by 14+ and they did
  19. Tyrod is not good. I'm a basher.
  20. Supermajority never happened https://www.huffingtonpost.com/jennifer-m-granholm/debunking-the-myth-obamas_b_1929869.html
