  1. It's called NFL Sunday Ticket. CW
  2. Why would we keep Haddad over Josh Reed? I also don't think Leonhard will make the squad, although it'd be a nice story. CW
  3. We live in Minnesota, so have the Mall Of America ( http://www.mallofamerica.com/ ) which is the biggest mall in the country (world?)... So I think we'll pass on that. The hockey Hall of Fame might be cool; my wife's a bigger hockey fan than I am, so she might be interested in that. So Casa Loma isn't some lame tourist trap? I'm a bit skeptical, since my wife and I went to England for our honeymoon and saw Leeds Castle ( http://www.leeds-castle.com/ ) and actually spent a couple of nights in Amberley Castle ( http://www.amberleycastle.co.uk/gallery/tours.html ). However, I havn't read anything negative about it so maybe we'll put it on our list afterall. Thanks - anybody else have any ideas? CW
  4. My wife and I are planning on taking a day trip to Toronto while we're visiting WNY in a couple of weeks. We're probably going to go on Tuesday (8/23) because Blue Man Group is playing in Toronto on that day. We've read a bunch of websites about things to do there (visit some castle, Canada Place, etc), but was wondering what people here have done and enjoyed. CW
  5. I thoughti it was a pretty interesting article on a slow Saturday morning. http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/08/12/...h.ap/index.html CW
  6. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=27804&st=20 I thought it was pretty cool, although I wasn't paying a ton of attention. My first thought was, "I can watch some of the Bills plays tomorrow!" I'll probably do that, even though I could wait until Monday and watch the whole thing. I'd like to see some plays beforehand though. Plus, it was the first episode; I'm sure they'll get better once they start getting the hang of it. CW
  7. Can't you just ask them not to pour as much sauce on top of them...? (I can't vote, as I havn't been to Anchor yet... ). CW
  8. Just as a heads up -- NFL Network has a "No Huddle" show on tonight and tomorrow for the preseason games. The show basically flips between all of the games currently being played and the studio staff does some talking from time to time. What this means is you'll be able to see some of the Bills game tomorrow if you have NFL Network and want to sit through the other games being played at the same time. Food for thought. CW
  9. I thought it was amusing. "Lose man? Lose man?" "Water, coach?" CW
  10. Exactly. I love all the people who said "We went to war to steal Iraq's oil, nothing more!" Well, if that were the case, shouldn't gas be around 99 cents a gallon again...? CW
  11. First thing you should know -- your post is the very definition of a LAMP post. What's a LAMP? Look At Me Post As such, you should've put (LAMP) at the start of the subject. We'll refrain from deleting it... This time! CW
  12. He turns up the intensity when you're there because he wants to impress you. CW
  13. He always does that in camp. CW
  14. One word: TiVo.
  15. Lots of people have had success. Basically you put a bowl that covers the entire toilet in your toilet bowl and you put litter in the bowl. The cat gets used to using that. You then take the litter out and replace it with water (maybe water and litter, I can't remember) and the cat gets used to hearing noice when it goes to the bathroom (tinkle, tinkle). Eventually you remove the bowl and the cat just goes in the toilet. Some people can train the cat to flush it as well by putting a weight on the handle so that they just pull it down to flush. Does it work? As with anything, depends on the cat. Some do, some don't. CW
  16. Sorry... kinda CW
  17. Actually, using Dust-off, whip cream, etc, in that manner IS illegal: http://www.falconsafety.com/default.aspx?pageid=94 (although I'm not sure what the crime would be...). CW
  18. Passersby dragged him and the passenger out *before* the truck exploded. The article wasn't written very well. CW
  19. Wow... http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/08/10/truck.exp...n.ap/index.html "The explosion left a crater in two-lane U.S. 6 estimated to be between 20 feet and 35 feet deep, Utah Department of Transportation spokesman Tom Hudachko said." CW
  20. Not anymore I meant 3rd wideout, not string, although I don't think he'll be higher than 4th or 5th (even without the injury). CW
  21. You can say whatever you want, it's a free country. CW
  22. He was better than Todd Collins or AVP, yet nobody says those numbers are cursed. Hell, even RJ was better than TC. CW
  23. I'm fine, it's just this thread was literally 4 posts below your original post. CW
  24. It's not truth. It's your opinion. There's a difference. Using your theory, every numbered player on the Bengals is cursed, and they should start wearing letters on their jersey's instead. CW
  25. Why? Without Norwood, we wouldn't have even been in the Superbowl. Johnson's play was ok when he was in there. He had some great games, had some clunkers, but it's hardly "curse" levels. He was better than Todd Collins or AVP. Bledsoe led the team to a winning season last year (surprise, surprise), and we missed the playoffs by one game two out of the three years he was here. Again, how is that "cursed?" As LA so elquently stated, we have no idea what the extent of Parrish's injury is, so it's a bit premature to worry about that. So where exactly is the curse again...? If every player who wore #11 was injured all the time, you'd have a point. But right now, this is just nonsense. CW
