  1. What is the remedy for when someone does something very wrong that does not break the law?
  2. Turning the corner. Isn't that what Trump said and got annihilated for it? Bottom line: If a D does it its good. If an R does it, its bad.
  3. It's okay that Knox dropped that pass in the EZ cuz he caught a few hard ones later on and we were way ahead against a bad team. But what if he dropped one in the EZ in the SB and we lost by 4. Our tune may be different. Ask Cowboy fans about Jackie Smith.
  4. Yes Allen is better. Having Digs to throw to has helped Josh improve dramatically. He gets open AND catches everything. Just curious, would. You support trading Digs in the off season to get that #1pick back? They are both good and help each other to be even better IMHO.
  5. I agree. However, it takes 2 to Tango. Why isn't Congress working to over ride the veto? They have enough votes. Instead they're playing political games with a mad man's $2000 comment in order to try to win the next election. Meanwhile many Americans really really really need it to put food on their family. Hopefully Nancy has enough ice cream in the freezer to last til the stimulus checks arrive. Both deserve much blame IMHO.
  6. My nephew is a doctor and got his last week. My sister in law is also a doctor and will get hers Monday. I don't need to decide if I'm going to take it or not. Just tell me when and where to take it and I'll be there.
  7. I'm thinking photo shop was involved.
  8. Is Operation Warp Speed part of ignoring the pandemic?
  9. And Hilary and Uncle Joe gladly hopped on board. Do really think someone who was snookered by W and Uncle Dick is smart enough to be President?
  10. Move goal posts much? My father used to say no one is all good or all bad. Why can't we say Trump did a bad job on a lot of things, but this one he did good? Trump had opportunities to get us in A war if he were trigger happy. A lot of people like you these days follow George Bush's mantra, if you aren't with us you're against us. Open your eyes. There are a lot of shades of grey out there.
  11. MANY Democrats voted for the Iraq War including our soon to be new fearless leader. And, yes the last 4 years has had less war and foreign entanglements than any President in my lifetime and it's not close. I know many of us don't like Trump, myself included, but he does deserve a large amount of credit for this IMHO.
  12. This is Trump's poison pill/up yours to the Republicans in Congress for not being loyal to him in the aftermath of the election.
  13. And let's not forget Woolfork taking out JP's knee.
  14. I know a lot of yall think given the opportunity to bolt he will. I'm not so sure he would want to. He has family and a really sweet gig here. And even if he leaves so be it. He may take the Xs and Os with him, but the Jimmy and Joes and McDermott and Beane and the D are all staying. We have to start the McDermott coaching tree 🌳sometime.
  15. Hopes and dreams that were high in September wilt and die in the chill of November.
  16. Yet in the 49ers game we drove the length of the field and went for it and got nothing followed by the 49ers driving the length of the field, go for it and get nothing. And as far as not being able to win if you kick FGs it seems we won a game this year with 5 or 6 FGs. It depends on the situation. I agree with the OP that tied 0-0 with 10:00 to play in first quarter is not a good time. A miss fires up the other team and takes the wind out of our team's sails.
  17. One of my old bosses used to say, "There are lies, there are damn lies, and then there's statistics." let's see what they do on the field tonight.
  18. True. True. The University of Washington has an Alaskan Malamute (not a Husky) as their mascot. They have to get a new one every 8-10 years. They find several possible pups and do extensive extensive training as you say to be able to handle the crowds, noise, fireworks etc. There is a lot to it. And I suspect dogs are easier to train than buffalos. If I were Kim I would tell the Tredavian Nightmare we can have a.Buffalo on the field for all AFC Championship GAMES at home. And then fly in the one from Colorado when that happens.
  19. Or Jacksonville in 2017 or the Giants in 2007.
  20. Maybe they both do it and are bad?
  21. True. But I'm not too surprised by how people dress these days. Society had gotten so much more casual in the last 25 or so years. When I started on the Xerox PC hotline in1985 I had to wear a coat and tie. Now hotline people wear shorts and flip flops.
  22. you'd have to ask him that.
  23. What is there to give a "pass" on? We won the freakin' game by 10 points. There are no style points in football 🏈. Just win baby.
