  1. I agree, we really upgraded through this draft and the FA offseason. I like what is happening in Buffalo... I fear the eternal optimist in me though...
  2. Got to put that ball in the other hand...
  3. This draft was a good draft for the Bills, but I think that the initial post is correct. LOTS OF ST PLAYERS.
  4. NO.... I dont want to use our first 4th on this guy
  5. I was surprised that no WRs were taken in the first, and none of the "Big 3" were the first WR taken...
  6. Glad we picked him. His highlight video on BB.com is unreal. I just watched and said "Holy Schitt!" Speechless really. He is good. Real Good.
  7. I want a trade down, and I think we are in good position to do that. 11 is a coveted spot in this draft, so I think that a trading partner will be there when we get on the clock, or near it. I dont want to fall too far back though. Maybe 18th is the cut off for me.
  8. If this guy is such a genius, why doesnt he try and be a GM and actually make the damn picks... I would like to see that so we could all watch his dumbass fail! He pisses me off. Get a haircut, jackass!
  9. Where the heck is Andre Reed on that list?
  10. We also own two of the top ten best of all time...
  11. I like this choice if the Bills make it. He is a big guy with great speed and will help this team. I, unlike many here, think that WR is our biggest need by FAR and taking Thomas at 11 would be good for me. I believe that if the top 10 picks shake out right, like it says at the bottom of the article, then the Bills would be a great position to move down into the lower teens or the early 20's while picking up a later round pick as well. If thats the case then i think the Bills will make that move, because 11 is not the ideal spot for us to be picking at this year.
  12. I'm in college and we are having our annual 40 Keg Pig Roast on Saturday. I am sure I'll be able to watch, but not sure I'll be able to remember. Someone call me, I bet I'll be able to make you laugh! Soberly I think we should trade the 11th for Chad Johnson. Peace
  13. I would have Chad any day of the week. The guy can flat out play and he usually brings with him positive media attention. He almost single handedly put the Bengals back on the map with his fun-loving and carefree antics. He might be disgruntled at the moment, but I really think that CJ in a Bills uniform would be excellent for the club and for revenue line. I would give up the no. 11 for him straight up...hes that good. I would try for CJ and a 5th for No. 11 but I wouldnt cry if they wouldnt do it. I say bring him and and let JP and Trent battle it out in July and August with some talent at the WR position.
  14. I cannot stand Phil Simms. He is an arrogant idiot. I can't believe that he is the No. 1 for CBS. It makes me glad the Bills are a 2nd or 3rd tier team sometimes when I am forced to listen to Simms. He should be shown the door too, IMO.
  15. I think we would lose a lot of games with your plan. The best way to draft is to take the best player at the highest position of need. For instance, our highest position of need is probably WR, so when its our pick we should take a WR. In the second round we would address the next highest position of need, perhaps TE. Thats how I would draft.
  16. Dont like Ikegwuonu becuase of his rap sheet. I dont like DE in the first round either. Other than those two things it looks good.
  17. I think that is more coincidence than money-for-draft-pick trade. They didnt call the Broncos and say we'll give 2.3 million for your fifth round pick...
  18. If we take one its gonna be in either the sixth or seventh. Ko and Dante are beasts...we dont need to be drafting a career back-up (at least while he is in Buffalo) in the third round.
  19. I have a problem with Pittman...she is thief. Anyway, the word from Marv that he is not taking a fullback was great news. I dont understand all the hype about a guy who was only good enough to start on Rutgers (who were not anything worth watching until last year) for only a year. If we really want a guy from Rutgers, lets wait a year and grab up the real running threat from that University Ray Rice. I dont want some fullback hybrid that works hard. He is a great guy and tough guy but he isnt worth a second or even a third round pick IMO.
  20. I feel like that has been outlawed within the last few, say 5 years, but I could be totally wrong. I know that baseball teams do it all the time.
  21. I dont want anything to do with Pittman. He is a cancer waiting to happen. I would like to see Tanard Jackson from SU, and Jon Beason would be a good fit as well. Quincy Black seems alright also. I am a Tony Hunt and Kenny Irons fan. I just really dont want Pittman.
