  1. I heard from a cousin that his friend’s girl heard from this guy who talked to a kid serving ice cream at the 31 Flavors that Shaq Lawson was seen at the Galleria buying cleats.
  2. The Ravens should have gone for the 4th and 3. They had 3 timeouts, so even if they don’t get the 1st down, and Buffalo takes over, the Bills mindset is run clock and kick the FG. So, after the Bills force the Ravens to use all 3 timeouts, there is still about the same amount of time that Josh had and zero timeouts to get into FG range. In that scenario, you absolutely trust your Hall of Fame backfield and if they get stuffed you still get another swing at it.
  3. The Cornerbacks coach currently with the Bills is not the same guy as when Elam was drafted. The league is so transient. Didn’t work here. Oh well. Moving on.
  4. I don’t see too many Losses for the Bills this year. Ravens, Chiefs, Buccaneers, Bengals and Eagles all travel to Buffalo. Highmark is tough on road teams. 1 home loss, maybe. They’re superior to all of their other opponents. I think 14-3, 13-4 are very realistic. 5 losses would be abysmal.
  5. Yeah, that it true. It is also true that he is nothing more than a returner. He offers nothing on Defense, which made it surprising to me that they kept him when they have options at returner this year. I think he is great at what he does but if he is forced into the game on defense he will get smoked.
  6. This is 100% an opportunity for Beane and McD to have knowledge of the available kickers if they to sign one.
  7. This is correct. My apologies.
  8. I was surprised by Codrington. Will be interesting if he gets waived whenever Hairston comes back from IR.
  9. Guys, again, his run defense…
  10. Especially if you are realistic about your potential playing career being as a PS player. A lot of the fringe guys go into coaching, and nothing better than being around a developed and functional culture that wins. I bet guys like Davis Webb were in the coaching staff’s hip pocket as much as possible.
  11. I agree with the first part that some guys are willing to accept that they’re a valuable NFL backup QB built for the meeting room, the show team and to finish a game, but not much more. I do not agree about anyone being able to learn from Josh (or Lamar, Burrow, Mahomes, Etc) because he (they) do unnatural things on the gridiron. If you want to learn from a starter, it needs to be a more conventional starter like maybe a Geno, Goff or Darnold. Otherwise, hard to believe you can replicate what JA17 is capable of on the field.
  12. Teams can put two players on IR designated to return on Cut day. In the past anyone IR’d on cut day was out for the season. So teams would cut a vested veteran with a handshake deal to bring them back after the roster gymnastics were complete.
  13. Cine spent all of the regular season with the Bills and got a Super Bowl ring. We need to bring him, sit him down, and LEARN HIS SECRETS!
  14. I got it. Landon Jackson for Micah Parsons straight up. Jerry will love the Arkansas product!
  15. I love Jordan Phillips! He’s so snuggly!!
  16. Yeah, but is he good enough against the run? 😈
  17. If they keep 6 shavers is 6th. I don’t think they’re willing to cur Moore just yet with how close they are to the cap. More likely to keep a guy and coach him up than eat the dead cap and find money to pay someone. As much as the on the field stuff matters, the contracts do as well. Samuel and Moore have player friendly, hard to cut contracts.
  18. Yeah, you’re probably crazy. Not sure how related to the Shavers love that crazy is, but pretty sure it doesn’t matter.
