For a project in Grad School I recently worked on an independent study as a consultant on a LEED construction project to help certify a building. Because I worked on that project I can now register for the LEED AP exam. I'm trying to figure out which is the best one to register for. My friends have all done the BD+C and say that is the best one, but I'm a bit skeptical and might sign up for the Operations and Maintenance one
Here are the two descriptions per the USGBC

LEED AP Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C)

LEED AP Operations + Maintenance (LEED AP O+M)
Distinguishes professionals implementing sustainable practices, improving performance, heightening eciency and reducing environmental impact in existing buildings through enhanced operations and maintenance.
