    Build a winning culture, team, and organization with the process and resist temptation to disrupt by trading for "past prime" divas to impact one season; stay on course for the future not a couple of minutes of excitement!

    Cleveland's offense is all over it; Baker Mayfield and the TBD favorite diva - OBJ! NOT! I'm so glad we did not grab any divas in the off season; keep building a class, character, and winning organization for the long term! Many of these posters would trade five minutes of arena football with a big name diva over the patient rebuild for the long term!

    We are building a class, character, and winning organization built on a team, not divas! It's a sign of the times that many on TBD want selfish superstars that provide a couple minutes of excitement rather than the boring climb to the top and longevity!
