  1. I'd vote for Gates, Smith Jr., Suggs and Vinatieri. And maybe Yanda
  2. If the Bills' fans are looking ahead on the schedule to Detroit, does that make the Niners a "trap game"?
  3. That’s because the game is in Detroit, not Buffalo.
  4. I don’t think so. Lions game will generate a lot of interest, but there is no rivalry and the game’s significance is nothing like the game against undefeated KC, a conference opponent. Plus, Allen v Mahomes > Allen v Goff.
  5. Josh is a much more likeable guy than Mahomes. If we manage to win a Super Bowl, Josh is going to blow up like nothing we've ever seen.
  6. As I said in another thread, I think firing the GM signals that the franchise is planning to tank the rest of the season to put themselves in position to draft a quarterback. If they lose out, the Jets could potentially end up with the second pick, or maybe even number 1 if Carolina does something stupid, like trying to win the rest of their games. They simply can't go into next season with Rodgers...
  7. No way in h**l
  8. It will certainly be touted as a Super Bowl preview…
  9. I'm pretty confident that the Jets will end up with a top 3 pick with which to choose a QB. Today's replacement of the GM probably signals the franchise's intent to tank the remaining games on their schedule, just like when the Bills canned Rex before the last game of the season when he said he was going to play Tyrod in an effort to beat the Jets in the meaningless season finale. That loss put the Bills in position to draft Pat Mahomes, BTW...
  10. I count five tough games for the Chiefs...the game at Cleveland will be no joke, despite their record. And Denver will probably fighting for a playoff spot (and to avenge their earlier loss on the blocked FG) in the last game. Even Vegas, who are terrible, have always played the Chiefs tough.
  11. The Ravens were 1-2 at the time and were desperate for a win at home. The Bills were 3-0. When the Ravens got out to a quick two-score lead, it turned the gameplan on its head and the Bills were never able to recover. As we've now seen, the Ravens are a flawed team and are probably going to lose at least three more games this year, including (IMO) this weekend vs. the Chargers. I do think we want to avoid having to play them in Baltimore in the playoffs, though...
  12. Too bad we have to play the AFC North, but on the other hand, we also get to play the NFC South.
  13. Great player…I just worry that Bernard has a Milano trajectory in terms of always being injured…that’s the problem with small, fast LBs
  14. No, I don’t see the difference.
  15. Agreed. Everyone talks about the 13 seconds game, but Allen played near perfect football in last year's playoff game against a really good Chiefs' defense...there were four huge drops by the WRs (and Cook), and of course the Bills' defense was just bad.
  16. Well, you did say it is “inevitable”…😁
  17. I'm not so sure about that. Worthy had a ton of touches at Texas, including punt returns, and I don't think he was ever hurt. He's definitely no Glass Goodwin.
  18. No. 9-8 might do it, but not 8-9, and the Bengals aren't going to run the table.
  19. I can’t think of a team I’d less like to have to defend a Hail Mary against…great play by James.
  20. The Bengals have already lost twice to the Ravens, but they still play the Steelers twice.
  21. That’s pretty much all she wrote for the Bengals this year. They’re done. Thank God
  22. Can’t say Herbert doesn’t have a great arm.
  23. Herbert is just as fast as Josh, but he’s not as durable and lacks Josh’s natural running ability. He’s also been coached not to run, probably because of injury concerns.
  24. Henley is great player…
  25. Josh is a much better QB but Herbert has comparable athletic ability. He’s not as tough as Josh and does not have Josh’s dawg mentality.
