    Why do you assume there is going to be a huge market for the number 2 pick? There have been no trades in the top 9 picks during the last two drafts, because teams are realizing that the price is way too steep. And it certainly does not appear that there is a QB who merits going number 2 this year...

    The Texans put an idiot in charge of their football operations. Even a franchise QB can’t overcome that. The good news is that with Deshaun Watson under contract long term, the rebuild should not be too long or hard, despite the fact that the idiot gave away most of your immediate draft capital. (Watson is a far better QB than Matt Stafford, BTW...)

    McDermott has to be licking his chops, with the opportunity to play defense against a rookie QB who holds the ball too long AND can’t throw 10 yards past the LOS.

    Gruden’s atrocious, but he’s actually done better than I thought he would... it was so obvious that the game had passed him by, I thought he’d be one-and-done...Oh well, one more AFC team we won’t have to worry about for a while.

    Jalen Hurts looks like a better prospect, to me. Better arm, much faster, better escapability.
