Jay Glazer: I will break big, national news tomorrow
Chandler#81 replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
THAT might have been worth watching. it IS a whole lot of nothing -as expected. Hey! ? Jimmy Spags is upstanding gentleman! Sure, he gets a little hot under the collar with some folks, who doesn’t? Anyway, he’s done some time, paid his dues to society and has every reason to be treated like everyone else! as a PSA, I’m killing this. The faster it dies, the faster we forget about it. -
My pick for the 2nd round - Jonathan Taylor

the kid from Home Improvement?? -
[LAMP] I had season tix from ‘87 thru ‘95, when I moved to Florida. One could say I saw it all and certainly the Home playoff games through that period leave an indelible mark. But, if I’m honest with my self, that ‘68 home game vs. the eventual SB Champs NYJets was my biggest thrill. I grew up a huge Namath fan with the lone exception of playing the Bills. He struck such a daunting presence to AFL fans across the nation. That’s saying something, given the QBs in the League at the time. We lost 4 QBs that season and were already down to rookie Dan Darragh in this September game and this would be our only win of the season -which ‘paid off’ with OJ as the consolation. We had no business winning this game. yet.. 902D579E-69BB-4C92-8D5B-D7B7EC64BD95.mov

This whole ‘thing’ is stupid and I think I’m being derelict in my task for allowing this rubbish to continue.. I haven’t noticed a particular time tonight when the sports world be set ablaze by this earth-shaking development. If anyone knows, please share so I can slam the top on the garbage can (old school) when nothing comes of this. -
Warms my heart to hear players are excited to be a part of ‘a great organization’! Of course I have PTSD from 2 decades of combat in the trenches following the team. But they’re finally offering us counseling and attitude adjustments. It’s like a miracle drug!

My uncle caught a Jan Stenerud XP and gave it to me. The Duke! Yep. There was a banner brought on to the field by the Jill’s congratulating the Jets -and the AFL for being World Champs. They weren’t very nice guests though as they clubbed us... Rockpile pics

Dad & Uncle introduced me to flask chugs after TDs. I was a cheering madman during the snow games!

with apologies to @Cotton Fitzsimmons. Just a wee lad, I attended a number of games through the years, courtesy of my Dad, Uncle and chartered buses from the local fire hall. Some of my best memories are ‘66 win vs. inaugural Dolphins and the ‘68 & ‘69 games vs. Joe Willie & the Jets. One, our only victory in NY’s Super Bowl year and the following was #32 (newly given) OJ’s debut, a 33-19 loss. Also white out snow games vs. Cinci & Denver. Caught a few Bison games there as well. Share some tales, duffers. https://www.stadiumsofprofootball.com/stadiums/war-memorial-stadium/

For Thine hath deemed it so. Amen. ‘scuse me, funny boy, but this is the area where the virus began and where countless teams of WHO personnel descended upon very early on as the Planets’ best authorities on disease and measures required. As a global team, they have little national ties and have access to the free press of the world to counter any misinformation which may originate there. <Pssst! Your racist witlessness is showing> Cover up. Thank you for your qualitative initial post and Welcome Aboard! Now, for your initial examination, please answer the following questions so that our staff of highly trained professionals may discern competency. 1.) Kemp or Lamonica? 2.) Sestak or B. Smith? 3.) Saban or Levy? 4.) Thurman or OJ? 5.) Original colors? 6.) Ralph or the Pegs? 7.) Standing or Charging Buffalo? and finally, 8.) Ranch or Bleu Cheese? -

He’s an absolute monster running the ball and a ballerina-Houdini escaping the rush then zipping it with other-worldly velocity. Eye-popping? Jaw-dropping? -
Any chance Trevon Diggs falls to the Bills?
Chandler#81 replied to Lurker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ok, but finding a Super Bowl altering pass rusher for us in this Draft is as unlikely as finding Tom Brady in the 6th. All I’m saying is I hope the Bills stick with their board when our selection is up as there is no glaring need on the team currently. No reaching for a player (DE or otherwise) per pick. They've shown to be too good at this to change now. -

You’re not alone, but there’s plenty to challenge the doom & gloom. Shaq had 4 years to justify a 1st Round pick. He couldn’t. Many -if not most- of J. Phillips’ sacks were garbage sacks courtesy of other pressure and great coverage. Garbage collectors are a valuable resource, but they’re cheap. Most fans of the team -including Brandon Beane believe we’ve actually upgraded the D line already with this new crop of FAs. Stat-wise, it can’t be argued. D. Johnson showed more upside in sparse rookie action than Lawson showed in 3 years. Do I think we’ll draft a DE? Yes, if there’s one rated high at our picks. But I don’t worry it’ll be a ‘reason’ we don’t win a championship. Not in this day and age and not the way our Defense is designed.
