Edwards id doing fine for a 2nd year starter on a team that needs improvement in a few other postions. I personbally do not understand at all why anyone does not think Edwards deserves to reamin the Bills starter. He manages the game well and he is the reason we won many of the games we did win. actually the thought that Edwards is not worth keeping is laughable... I think he's going to be the Bills QB for quite awile personally

the game is won and lost in the trenches IMO, and the Bill sneed help on both the OL or DL.. IMO we should be looking hard at #11 at bolstering the OL or the DL. A DE DT or OT at #11 works for me... but we need to get some solid FA additions just the same

Peters is not one of the best LT's playing the game... The best LT's don't give up 10+ sacks in 13 games... anyone arguing agasnst that fact has desperate blinders on. Until Peters plays LT at a very high level consistently (for more then 1 season) he doesn't deserve to one of the top 5 payed LT's...Maybe Peters shouldn't have held out last year, he in no way deserved the probowl nod in 2009 and he missed camp and a few games and he looked like dog crap for most of the season and probably cost us the playoffs... the Peters love affair is unwarranted, he proved what type of player he really is in 2008

Why would we have to swaps 1st and trade Peters for Boldin.. A probowl LT is worth more then any WR playing the game. In fact Arizona should give us something on top of Peters to take Boldin off their hands

He sucked in 2008 and he has become a huge cancer... 11.5 sacks means one thing.. you don't deserve a raise then he has the audacity to tell the media "The reaos you play the game is to make the probowl" Personally I think he deserves a sledgehammer to the balls for holding out in 2008 1 year after an extension was agreed upon.. AND I DON"T CARE what postion he played in 2007 compared to 2008.. You sign an extension you honor it till there is one year left before yuo make your demands. Otherwise don't sign the extension and take your chances. Peters sucked in 2008, and he caused problemes b holding out. I have no problems trading him away for multiple picks if we could sign a player like Gross and draft a highly rated OT if Peters gets a new contract I would make his accept every single incentive in the book

Peters should have never signed the extension before 2007 if he wanted a bigger raise in 2008. I for one think the guy is a complete douche bag. Yes I'd rather we resign him... but IMHO he is going to be a demanding whiny little wench and he will force us to have to trade him.. because IMO Peters is a me 1st player. His 2008 season was terrible and very unworthy of even being mentioned as a probowler.

ignorant statement of the day. If we can't hold Dilfers Buc years against him then obvioulsy we can't hold Edwards bills days against him for the exact same reason. Edwards is right on track with his development. Go look at Peyton Mannings stats for his 1st year as a starter, go look at Eli mannings 1st year as a starter... go look at many of the great QB's 1st year stats, and then compare them to trents the Bills do not need to draft a QB, they need a vet backup and they need to bolster their OL and DL and upgrade the OLB position.

LMAO you don't honestly believe coaching is only 10% ??? the entire offensive scheme and 100% of th eplay calling is coaching. Its coaches that makes sure the team is prepared every week, and knows there roles. Its coaching that is responsible for who sits and who plays and who gets the calls. Its coaching who is responsible for players perfroming to the top of their abilities. Trent Edwards did well in his 1st full year at QB. No team in the league would abandon Trent Edwards as a QB for their team after 1 year. A QB takes a few years to develope fully, and we have very VERY obvious coaching problems to boot.

NFC west is a joke 6-0 in the divison 3-7 outside the division with 1 win against Buffalo yeah they made it, but 9-7 ? Even if Buffalo beat them they still were divsion champs at 8-8

Edwards shoulder is minor and not career ending... The only concern in regards to surgery is getting trent ready for offseason work outs Trent is our starter and we will be getting a FA vet who can mentor and be a solid backup we have too many other dire needs to even be considering QB in this draft and we won't until maybe late in day 2

If you want to punish Ralph there is only one way to do that, and thats not buy tickets, or pariphenallia, and to continue to constantly send emails letters and any sort of correspondence to the Bills that constatly show your distate for the organization. but we all love the Bills and watching the game on sundays, its a part of pour lives and culture. The problem is Ralph knows this and he is using it agianst us. He's a real wealthy man, and he didn't get that way by not knowing how to manipulate the situation to his favor...

pass rush is our biggest deficiency. You cannot run a 4-3 and not get a dependable pass rush from your front 4. That is a recipe for failure, and guess what..... On top of that we were deep into our reserves at LB, and even with Crowell re-signing if he does I would want to find an improvement over him just the same. Better LB's will also help the pass rush probelm.

Ralph is the biggest problem by far followed by DE then it's a tie between C and OLB as a close 3rd

I won;t buy any periphenallia or even purchase the Sunday ticket this year. The only way I change my mind is if Ralph spends all the way to the cap (- draft picks) and gets real difference makers in here before the draft.

Our entire defensive scheme demaded we have a dependable pass rush. not once in the 4 + years Fewell has been DC for the Bills has he adjusted for the obvious problem of no pass rush with much success. our bend don't break D is designed for clubs that do not want to spend funds but want to look like they can compete at times. Yes Fewell is part of the problem, but not having the personell to play was also a big part.

You would be a sucker then, that entire list is no reason to forgive ralph... he has lost any chance at forgiveness...

Edwards is progressing extremely well for a 2nd year QB. The guy gets his brains scrambled and had a tough run but he is hardly the only one worthy blaming during our losing streak... When Josh Reed went down our O went south as well... We're sticking with Edwards and will only sign a vet QB who can mentor and is willing to be a backup...
