    Interesting read. Some judges agreed it was illegal. In my case the helicopter was well below 400 feet, probably 100 to 150 feet which would be definately be an illegal search. It is not a normal flight pattern. I have no panels missing in the greenhouse and I would challenge anyone to be able to identify a species of plant from 400 to 1000 feet from a helicopter thru frosted glass.

    I have a greenhouse in my backyard, and a police helicopter is always flying over my backyard very low to peek into my greenhouse. I consider that an invasion of privacy and an illegal search. These drones will just make it easier to conduct these searches. Any lawyers out there who know the legality of this tactic?

    Hard to tell from the grainy image but my first guess is a tufted duck, my second guess would be a Barrow's Goldeneye Try and get a better pic.

    I drive a Jeep and have tested this on a freeway, put the Jeep in neutral going 60 mph and put it back in drive again. No problem. I think people panic when the gas pedal sticks and forget this simple solution to safely stop.

    I thought the transition tag would have worked just fine with Byrd. Let him negotiate with other teams and we have the right to match the offer he brings back.
