Last year, we all complained that dorsey would call long passing plays when the game situation didn’t call for it. He was a lunatic! Now we complain about how Dorsey is stifling Josh. That’s not Dorsey. That’s McDermott, who got all the ammunition he needed after that week 1 game. It was also McD’s conflict with Daboll. McD wants to win with ball control O and D. I can’t believe that I’m agreeing with you, but this is all McDermott. Dorsey, if he had his way, would call 15 deep shots a game.

He keeps throwing what he thinks are sure completions only for the route to get jumped and the pass to get picked. That will cause a drop in confidence.

This is coming from McD. After Josh went bombs away against the Jets, McD told Dorsey and Josh to “take what the defense gives you.” Dorsey was called a lunatic for all the deep shots he called last year. McDermott wants to win with running and D.

That’s firing both coordinators at the same time, as well as the HC, when there is a game in 4 days. What internal promotions do you make? Mike Shula as HC? Joe Brady? If you do that, who’s the DC? Beane would probably go too, as it’s well known that McD and Beane are a package deal. Yes, regime changes should be made in the off-season but not wholesale changes after week 7. But they should let Joe Brady try calling plays. It couldn’t get any worse.

You would have to field a CFL team next year. Diggs and Von alone are 85 million in dead cap.

You wanna fire the head coach mid season? Who on the current staff replaces him? If you fire both Dorsey and McDermott, you’ve fired both coordinators. After the season? Fire away.
