Potential to Explore Josh Allen (QB) trades
Low Positive replied to VaMilBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
So, I'll add you to the list of TBDers who want to trade Josh Allen: @Pine Barrens Mafia @HopefulFuture @Yawning Frog @VaMilBill Anyone else? -
Could Josh McDaniels get our Offense in Gear?
Low Positive replied to jethro_tull's topic in The Stadium Wall
How about Urban Mayer? He runs a pretty sweet spread offense. How about Chip Kelly? Now that's a creative offensive mind if I ever saw one. No. There are certain personalities that you just don't bring into the building. -
Sure. But the point here is that it's not Salah's decision to keep rolling Zach out there. Someone else is making that call. Gotta be Woody Johnson.

This is the most BBFS thread in the history of threads.

How about the OL coach for the New Orleans Saints? https://www.neworleanssaints.com/team/coaches-roster/doug-marrone On a serious note, how about the young OC in Houston? He's analytics-driven and worked under Shanahan. He even spent time as a PFF analyst. He's the exact type of young offensive mind that people here pine for: https://www.houstontexans.com/team/coaches-roster/bobby-slowik

If fans ran the team, the Bills salary cap would be 50% consumed by aging WRs and the coaching staff would be fired after every loss.

Orlovsky is a weekly guest on One Bills Live, just like Greg Cosel.

My point is that Moe Eggar was laughing out loud at the Bills for drafting Allen the same year that the Bengals took draft bust Price. I know this because i heard it all on my drive from Finneytown to Oxford.
-
Listen, I know that your team won on Sunday, but I have a name for you. Billy Price.

We never really had that rookie window because it took Josh two whole seasons to become a franchise QB. Meanwhile, Burrow goes to the SB in year two. That’s the problem with drafting a project, and Beane keeps drafting projects.

Bills vs Broncos-Monday Night Football

We just need to get that Tom Brady guy. I wonder what he’s doing these days? -
Bates is Morse’s replacement so we have to keep one of them.

Sorry. Everyone is a little testy around here this week.

He's basing it on nothing. I recognize this is a common bit of WNY psychology. "Josh Allen is too good for us and he's going to want to go to LA or Miami like everyone else." I admit I get that way sometimes and I don't even live there anymore. And in any case, Josh Allen knows that in every game that this team has lost his own brutal mistakes have played a crucial role. And another thing. If Josh wanted McDermott or Dorsey fired, all he would have to do is whisper that to Pegula. He's not stuck, in any sense of the word.

Just because you can break down and analyze what other people are doing doesn't mean that you can design plays of your own. Orlovsky chose the TV route. If he wanted to get into coaching, he would have had to go be a position coach somewhere a few years ago and work his way up. In any case, he's probably making NFL assistant money in a much less-stress environment. Guys don't usually go from TV back to coaching. Take Bill Cowher and Steve Mariucci for example.

On a serious note, McKitty is a blocking TE. He played 541 snaps (45%) for the Chargers last year and only had 18 targets.

Practice squad IR? Is that like double-secret probation?

He does want to plant 1,000 acres of Pistachio trees on his father's farm. Kind of a strange desire for a guy that has "gone Hollywood." https://www.on3.com/pro/news/josh-allen-has-plans-to-grow-1000-acres-of-pistachios-for-second-income-stream/

Beane, yet again shows zero imagination! Two Tres?

This is the most BBFS statement that I have read on here all week. He wants out of a 5-4 team that struggling a bit this year in no small part due to the fact that he himself cannot stop throwing interceptions?
