I liked the job he did overall, he was a little conservative at times and he needs to improve his play calling when we're in the red zone, but he never panicked or got pass happy when the team was down on the scoreboard. I don't have a problem with him being the QB coach either when we're talking in the context of the offense, instructing his QBs the proper footwork for this or that particular play, but it would be wise for Marrone to hire a guy that can work with all the QBs regarding some of the finer points of the position. I still think that EJ, Thad or whatever QB in the league should have the desire and drive to go and find a QB guru on their own. They have the contacts and the means to do it, it's just a matter of wanting to get better.

I don't understand why the Bills don't pay for the transportation of the season ticket holders. Then you tell the Rogers people that every Bills fan that they transport to Toronto will sit together at midfield level seats.

Chandler is currently the 1st string TE. Keep him but try to improve the position so that he becomes the 2nd TE off the bench. Yes he had a bad fumble against Atlanta (the defender made a nice play) and everybody is mad he dropped that pass in the season finale (that pass was thrown too hard by Thad) but I don't see us easily replacing his production if we don't re-sign him.

Good option but I doubt he comes back that quickly after that episode he had on the field. He should take a sabbatical year and go from there.

At first glance, you have to improve LG and LB (the position Moats and Bradham play). After that, it will be interesting to see what happens with Byrd, Leonhard and Searcy are fine players but not starters. Regarding QB, I can see Cutler and Schaub, maybe, being available. I would not be opposed to bring one in. Pears is upgradable but Hairston will be back next season. Marrone needs to have a serious chat with his friend Crossman, make him the HC consultant and bring a real ST coach.
