  1. Ah, you got me. Will fix it.
  2. Just the continued moral decline of the American culture.
  3. From his perspective I would agree. He has a depleted roster playing on the road and it's a long flight back to Seattle after a loss.
  4. I think they go relatively conservative and win. Bills have a young QB and a new OC. Seahawks are a wounded team without several starters. Jauron sticks to his more conservative ball control style offense and the improved defense wins their matchup with the depleted Seahawk offense. Offense may sprinkle in some no-huddle or quick huddle stuff that Turk has been talking about. Bills win turnover battle and the game. That's how I see this going.
  5. He would be just as mobile on one leg. No worries.
  6. Didn't Clayton have a cameo in the movie "Beetlejuice"?
  7. I like the Bills chances Sunday given that the Seahawks have several starters out. I expect Dick to deploy a very careful game plan with Turk throwing in a few wrinkles. The Bills secondary should have a very favorable matchup against the Seahawks receivers who are very inexperienced.
  8. I don't think so. They're negotiating with Evans now and Peters is just missing. Hard to give a new deal to a guy who won't show up for work.
  9. He might not be a top-5 guy on the Bills, but with another coach and QB he might be.
  10. Regardless of this Clayton report, I'm still thinking he reports this week.
  11. How can Peters and his agent come to the conclusion that they are acting in their best interest?
  12. How can you forget to mention Trent Edwards as League and Superbowl MVP? I'm shocked you left that out.
  13. Fine. He wants to sit, let him sit.
  14. On paper the Bills have some advantages. The Seahawks have a huge advantage at head coach IMO and QB (we don't know how Trent's gonna play). Jauron is good at keeping most games close, even those that he wins. The Bills have been a slow starting team under Jauron. We'll see if this year is any different. I'm sure the hometown fans will help.
  15. Lower expectations = less diappointment. Seriously, the Bills have a lot ot prove starting with this coaching staff. The Seahawks are missing several players, so it's an opportunity for the Bills to get a win. Jauron better have this team ready. You could argue that he hasn't for each of the last 2 openers. No hype, just give us a physical, smart and prepared effort.
  16. Eugene Parker is asleep at the switch. He should be representing all of the first-timers.
  17. Exactly. Anyone that thinks Favre isn't a huge upgrade for the Jets is out to lunch, but time will tell. Let the games begin.
  18. Would we settle for Tuesday? Maybe Wednesday as the players are usually off on Tuesday.
  19. While we all want our beloved Bills to win 10 or more games and go deep into the playoffs, there are still a number of questions that surround the team and it's hard to fault the nartional media for being a little cool on the Bills. They have a questionable: head coach, QB, O-line without Peters for now, brand new offensive cooddinator, young defense, TE and #2 receiver and a fairly tough schedule. Frankly I'm setting my expectations on the lower side (about 8-8) which will reduce the chances for disappointment.
  20. Favre is easily in the top 10 QBs in the league and maybe the top 5. This is a huge upgrade for the Jets and he'll make the whole team better. The Jets have some weaknesses, but they made some good moves in the off-season and IMO will be a handful for the Bills this year.
  21. This is an outstanding comment on your part. We don't know shyt about evaluating players at nearly every position.
  22. Jason Peters can fill at tight end in a pinch. Oh, wait a minute.
  23. I expect Leon Joe to be picked up by Chicago or Buffalo any moment.
