I just don't get the love affair with Fewell. If he is so great why hasn't someone else given him a chance to be a head coach especially after winning the Super Bowl with the Giants last year? He isn't anything special as a DC even with the best d-line in football and wasn't anything special with the Bills. It was the right call cleaning house that year, the mistake was hiring another Cracker Jack head coach

Arizona has one of the worst o-lines in football so it's pretty obvious why the Bills d-line looked good in only that game. Gilmore is a solid but unspectacular corner. I really hate this teams fascination with drafting corners early in the draft

I don't agree that the Bills spent the two previous years drafting defensive players that fit the "new" system. Nix's first draft after Spiller was awful but did seem forced to try n get players for the switch to a 3-4 but not the 2011 draft. Marcel was projected to be able to play in either the 3-4 or the 4-3 so outside of Sheppard I don't see how the 2011 draft could be thought of as a draft for players fitting the 3-4 The problem is this team just drafts players without a plan and continues to spend high picks on cornerbacks which isn't an impact position especially when you don't play an aggressive style of defense. It doesn't help the corners they draft can't freaking cover either This defensive scheme is a joke and is a big problem but lack of a quality QB and a clueless head coach are just as bad

Reid hasnt done jack without Jim Johnson who was the real key to their success. He makes just as many blunders if not more on gameday then Gailey does. Reid usually does get more out of quarterbacks then you would expect though but he is not a good head coach...would be an upgrade over Gailey but not much unless he struck gold with his defensive coach again

It really annoys me that Wanny continues to let teams just pick his defense apart. Where is the imagination? I'd rather be aggressive and lose then sit back and hope the offense cant make a play...wasnt that how Jauron coached defense? Barnett isnt an ideal 4-3 MLB but he is their best overall LB and should be moved back to the middle. start blitzing and play more bump and run instead of having the corners 10-12 yards off the line stop playing so much soft man coverage...how many times have we seen teams run simple 5-10 yard square outs play after play

This is one of the most ridiculous things I've read on here or any other board It made her think that at 34 years old maybe she should give herself an exam and luckily she did. No one goes through life planning to check themselves for lumps but if something like this makes them think about it then its well worth it

I don't see what is so complicated about this offense. Is it really that hard to teach a guy quick slants n fly patterns? This is more about Fitz being Chans guy and that will not change. TJax couldn't be any worse though and would at least provide a stronger arm

I understand starters get the majority of reps but its the coaching staffs job to get the backups prepared as well. Chan should be making it a point to get his backups reps in practice, that's just common sense. If the QB coach isn't working with the backup QBs and putting in extra time then that's a big issue as well I was never in favor of hiring Gailey but he has turned out to be even worse then I thought. I'm amazed how many bad coaches and staffs continue to get jobs in a league with only 32 teams
