The Bills are not making the playoffs no matter what happens with any other team

This team needs a real coaching staff and a legit QB I am tired of Chan and his dink n dunk Cracker Jack offense If Nix is serious about Chan being head coach next year then he should go too

Took way too long to get to the point The problem is with the players, coaches, and scheme. Players continue to look confused in coverage which is inexcusable at this point in the season and I blame that on both the coaches and players. The defensive scheme is a lot like Jaurons cover 2 and relies on the offense not being able to put long drives together which is wussy football

I wasnt even referring to the defense Chan continues to make cosching mistakes on game day. He tried his best to give the Arizona game away and although I usually agree with waiting to go for 2 it was clear he should hv on that last TD vs Titans and it clearly cost them He forces the passing game when he should be running especially at the end of games. What other head coach would focus the offense around an at best backup QB and below average receiving group instead of 2 very good RBs? What do you expect the players to say? Didn't they say same kind of crap about Jauron? I don't see these players playing for him like they should be. The effort simply isn't there and when it's almost the entire team that falls directly on the head coach

Ur kidding right? First off everything gets reported these days especially when teams have to comply with the Rooney rule Second and most important why would he decline? It rarely happens and usually only does when that coach is on a team that is close to winning a championship but certainly not after they just won one which always puts co-ordinators stock at its highest

Do you think Drew Brees and Andy Daulton were good 2nd round picks? They were certainly never considered top ten picks Just bc you think a guy can do it doesn't mean you think he is a top ten guy

Wade is one of the best DC's that has coached in the league but he just isn't a good head coach. I loved the Bills defense when he was DC with big Ted at NT. Gilbride had success under Coughlin in Jax and initially was ok with Bills then just got too predictable Fewell landed in a good situation but again there isn't anything special about him as a coach

Although the Bills do seem to win one game a year most think they will lose they don't hv a shot at beating Houston especially with the Texans coming off a bye as well The Bills will most likely have 7 or 8 losses going into the last 4 games of the year and miss the playoffs for yet another year
